Cape San Blas, FL is one of the most beautiful and laid back places you will visit. This property is located on the south end of Cape San Blas and is right on the water (gulf side). Also, just down the road is the bike path which you can take all the way to the state park and explore the entire cape and all it has to offer.

Salinas Park is just a stone's throw where you can enjoy picnics with the family walk out to the bay or even drive onto the beach (permit required).

The sleepy little town of Port St. Joe has so many great little restaurants and shops and you will love the laid back chill of this place, or just head a few miles over to Appalachicola for some of the best Oysters around.

If you've never taken your crew and camped right on the beach, then this is the place for you. Completely private lot with only private houses around on a sandy road and your own private beach access. Enjoy your stay!

Misty was friendly, helpful, communicated well and promptly, and offered suggestions/recommendations. Our family had a great time and loved the site! The area was natural and beautiful! We also loved having the deck and grill area! Will stay again!

Exceeded our expectations! Beautiful beach with turtle nests and the ability to walk our dogs on the beach on a leash. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We had a few flyovers from the Air Force base miles away and that was cool, but other than that very quiet and peaceful. And we brought our scalloping equipment and launched our dinghy from Buffer Preserve just down the street. People were kayaking and scalloping and just walking into the bay and scalloping! So much to do here and the mornings and evenings on the beach are so beautiful. We’ll be back so we can bike to the park and check out Port St. Joe in the future. And the shower to hose down sand was perfect.

We had a wonderful weekend at Incommunicado! Right on the beach and spectacular view! The location was great and very close to Indian Pass Raw Bar, which is my fave! The site was well cared for and easy to access. You are surrounded by large homes, so we recommend bringing some privacy shades to attach to your tent if you’re looking for a little more privacy. We set up the tent on the deck for a little more shade. Overall a great spot to bring your Camper or RV.
