This review is way over due. We had the great pleasure of staying at Tim’s Eden farm twice in March. First time was one night stopover on our way north to Savannah. We thoroughly enjoyed it and wished that we could stay longer to explore what Eden has to offer. We loved the place so much that we actually came back to stay for a week at the end of March. This time we got to camp right by the pond, with incredible views from our Airstream. Each sunrise and sunset, we felt such peace and blessings at Eden despite the Coronavirus situation, which seemed like a totally different world. We felt completely shielded and protected from the outside chaos during our stay at Eden. Tim is a wonderful host, to say the least. He’s so generous, caring and knowledgeable. We’ve learned a ton from him! And we feel very inspired by his vision about the land as well as his life attitude in general. We had fresh veggies from Tim’s greenhouse, which is the best we’ve ever had. We enjoyed walking around the farm, having our toddler and dog run around however they wanted. They had such a blast! We highly recommend Eden to whoever wanting to fully embrace nature and find inner peace and outer harmony. Thank you Tim again for creating such a special space and sharing it with the world. We hope to return soon.
It really is a an eden garden
This is such a lovely place. Tim, the host, came to welcome us. He shared about the place and all of his projects for the farm. It's such an interesting mission!
He is an easy going person, very accessible.
The view near the pond with the friendly ducks coming to meet you and say hi is amazing.
We tasted the lettuces from the aquaponic greenhouse and filled up a bag with so many things for a 5$ donation. These were the freshest and tastiest one that we ever had.
Our kids ended up helping around the farm. They enjoyed so much being there, they wanted to stay for longer.
We recommend that place! And we would definitely go back there if we happen to be in the area again.
We stayed here for a while week and had the entire place to ourselves for the first five days! Our host Tim was gracious and friendly. In fact all of the staff here at the farm were quite accommodating and super nice! We woke up to beautiful sunrises over the small lake and enjoyed campfires each night. The fishing was good and wildlife was all around us. We even got to purchase some fresh farm produce to make with dinner!
Partially shaded by mossy oak and pine trees these camp sites are comfortable and all have a water view. Dry camping only, so for RV'rs there's no hookups or site pads, but there is a porta potty available for campers without their own facilities. If you want to enjoy nature in a peaceful setting with gorgeous sunrises this is the place to go. Thanks for everythingTim, we will definitely be back!
