Citra Florida was once an area known for its orange groves. Citra Royal Palm RV Park was built on an previous Orange Grove. We are very close to Orange Lake and Lake Lochloosa -- both great for fishing. Come have a free wine tasting at Island Grove Winery down the street or have a fresh glass or orange juice at the Orange Shop just down the street. Another great spot to visit while here is Silver Springs (glass boat rides, kayaks/canoes/SUP). Come and stay with us for a day, week,month, year, or longer! We invite RV's, Tiny Homes, Vans, Tents, Skoolies, and others to come camp with us!

Great host!

Anthony was a great host! He met us at the entrance, took us to our sites, made sure we had everything, told us about upcoming events at the clubhouse. I spoke with a couple of longer term residents during our stay and it's clear Anthony is well loved. The tent sites had power available and were adjacent to freshwater marshes. We heard all kinds of owls and birds through the night. It was awesome! The campground is on septic in Florida, so it can be slow flush like during our stay. Families with younger children will need a buddy system as there's areas unsafe for littles.

Close to I-75 with long or short term availability. Extremely kind staff and owner! We only stopped for the night, but we can’t wait to stay here again. The dog park was extremely handy for our dog who was tired of being in the car all day. We appreciate the coffee and donuts offered in the community center!

Nice spot, mostly quiet and hook ups on site. The residents are friendly and the restrooms and showers and grounds were clean.
