Rachel has a beautiful piece of property that is so easy to maneuver around with most any size RV. We enjoyed having the hook up given that the temperatures were rather chilly! We also found the goats to be entertaining.

Loved our stay with Rachel. We left st. Pete to avoid hurricane milton and were welcomed to their property. With high winds they offered for us to park in the barn to avoid them. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend to others!

We stopped on our way from SW Florida to North Carolina. The directions are fairly direct; however, the road into the campsite is actually a shared driveway. That was a bit confusing to me but after a quick phone call, Rachel cleared up my confusion.
Her husband and adorable dog greeted us. I was guided to our spot and shown where the hookups were.
The property abuts I-10 but the traffic noise is minimal. We enjoyed swinging on the swing while watching the chickens and baby chicks wander the property. The roosters were our alarm clock in the morning.
This is a great place to stop on your way north from Florida with convenient access to I-10. I recommend it.

Pulling in to see all the chickens running free sealed the deal for me, but it just kept getting better. Their barn and swing was a nice place to work remotely and even nicer to watch the sun set gold over their farm. Very peaceful, I'd definitely highly recommend to anyone and I will be back next time I'm in town.

I do love chickens, so it was perfect for me but be warned, they'll bond quickly and make their presence felt! I loved it. Truly felt like camping out on a farm. Wake up at the crack of dawn with the many rooster calls, camp on the grass by a barn that looks out of a story book, hear the trees swaying in the wind all night. Great spot.
One caution to note is that it back right up to I-10, so the traffic noise never stops. If you're looking for remote in the woods this might not be it.

Site was nice. Road a little noisy, but they are working to fix that.
Loved the chickens Rooster was a great alarm clock. Collecting eggs in the morning was fun.
Town nearby has pretty much everything you need.

Property was beautiful and unique. Felt like we were out in the country, yet we were blocks away from groceries and coffee shops. Host was super responsive and helpful. My daughter loved the lemon trees, chickens and super fun barn with a mini climbing wall…which I even tried! Great spot…definitely would recommend!

Owner was extremely nice. Site has a nice covered sitting area and a fireplace with wood.
There are a couple of low hanging trees you need to be careful of and the directions on the website need to be corrected. The rooster gets started pretty early, but fairly quiet otherwise if you are in a hard sided rig.

Wonderful place to stay if you have kids! Our daughter is 8 and was so happy to play with the hosts’ 3 children. She even got to help out milking the goat and collecting eggs too!
There is a highway quite close, so if you are sensitive to noise you should be aware of that. For us the pros far outweighed this, tho. The barn with the string lights, the chickens roaming free, lots of space and privacy, and very conveniently located.
The family is adorable! We bought fresh eggs and felt so welcome and at ease. We will definitely try to come back!

This was our favorite hipcamp out of about a few dozen we’ve stayed at. Jordan and Rachel and their girls Brielle, Clara and River had such amazing hospitality and warmth and we enjoyed every minute of being there. The baby goats and older ones and the chickens-our dogs had a blast trying to play with them. It was the perfect place for our 2 dogs to roam free and play frisbee every minute! We loved the barn with its night lights, wooden swing, and comfy chairs around a fire pit. Can’t wait til we make it back here on our next journey down south. Thanks y’all!

This was a very nice, clean, neatly kept backyard/hobby farm site super-convenient to I-10. Very cool open-air barn/pavilion next to site. Hosts were friendly and communicated well, I felt comfortable safe and relaxed.
Very easy drive from here to St Mary’s River for paddling trips!

Very friendly host and plenty of room to spread out. We stayed one night as we were passing through on the way to the coast. Easy, close location to highway.
Roosters, chickens, goats - very cute.

Absolutely beautiful property! Lovely view from our camper of the yard with chicken coop and awesome friendly goats, barn, trees, and greenery. Easy power and water hookup, couldn’t ask for more!
Worth noting: a little confusing when arriving because you actually pull into the neighbor’s driveway and have to open a gate and go on to Rachel’s property, but once we figured that out could not have asked for better or more convenient stop off I-10!

Peaceful small farm stay

We had an excellent, peaceful one-night stay at Rachel and Jordan's property on our way to a bike race at Cary State Forest (easy 20-minute drive away). We were in a small camper with a dog and cat. Rachel and Jordan were extremely accommodating and helpful and even gave us fresh eggs from their hens the morning we left. What a treat! The space is near I-10 but we didn't hear the highway at all inside the camper, and it didn't bother us when we were outside either. There is plenty of vegetation between the barn and the road to give you privacy. Rachel and Jordan were easy to communicate with but also gave us our space to enjoy. We loved visiting with the goats and chickens. The barn was great too with an oversized porch swing, fire pit, chairs, shower head and water/electric hookups. Staying here made me want to move out of the city and onto some land :) Macclenny looked to be a cute place to visit, but we were on a mission so didn't get to enjoy the town at all. If our travels have us up that way again, we'd absolutely return.

I loved camping at Jordan and Rachel’s little farm. The chickens, goats and Oreo the dog are an added bonus not to mention their three delightful young girls. They went out of their way to accommodate me and my five-yes, five-dogs. Jordan surprised me with a dozen fresh country eggs upon my departure. I highly recommend this site and would definitely stay there again. Thanks again, Hanes Family!

Awesome location near I-10 with electric/water hook up (50amp). We are 33’ and easily accessed property. Chickens and goats were fun to look at and we enjoyed a few fresh eggs! Host was so accommodating and pleasant. They hooked us up with some firewood and we sat under the pavilion enjoyed the sunshine.

Great location. We were in town for a Spartan Race which was about 20 minutes away. Love the farm. Very peaceful location hosted by an outstanding family. Nice firepit with chairs and a table, private gate entrance and did I mention the host family is wonderful. We loved our stay there and will return and not just for the fresh eggs they gave us upon arrival. Highly recommend this stop.
