Host Rachel Cargill says:

This area was once owned by a cattle & horse rancher, which later sold & divided the surrounding land into several parcels. COUNTRYWITHCLASS AT THE RC RANCH rests on 5 acres, a working ranch with olive & varietal fruit orchards, a ZIN VIN, herb garden, ornamental garden, tuscany garden. All designs are by the host/property owner. We do get all four seasons with beautiful colors, singing birds, fluttering butterflies, loud frogs/crickets, wondering wildlife. Breath taking views/sunsets, leisure walks/hiking, game of horseshoes, acoustic instruments are welcome for live entertainment, horseback riding is welcome. Most of the property is accessible. Surrounding roads are gravel roads with a creek at westend of property/road, which when in its full force the water sounds peaceful. The smell/views are so devine within the low sierras of El Dorado County. There are several local wineries to visit & taste wine within 20 - 30 minutes from the property. The river is approximately 6+ miles northeast from property & open to public, about a 10 minute drive. Over 23 years we've worked hard & played hard, but most of all developed a "rest & relaxation" environment for our guests/campers. COUNTRYWITHCLASS AT THE RC RANCH.
