John M.’s Land in Tennessee

Host John Mcfadden says:

It's 16 acres cedar forest the middle of it is a big cedar glade. In the middle of the property there is an opening with flat rock surrounded by forest. In May the national ground plum blooms. It used to be a farm which has since been subdivided and the forest is about 60-80 years old and has plants that grow there that don't grow anywhere else in the world. It is one of the reasons why Tennessee is one of the most biologically diverse inland states in the US.
