Description

Lace up those waterskiis, we’re headed to the Hog Reservoir! Not that waterskis have laces...but anyways! In Medicine Bow National Forest, on the sunny banks of the Hog Reservoir, you’ll find beach-like peace of mind at Wyoming’s Hog Park Campground. Near the Mount Zirkel Wilderness Area and Thunder Basin National Grassland, this spot for tent or RV camping is reservable in the summertime, but first-come, first-served between Labor Day and August. Lightly used, it’s calmer than some of the other national park campgrounds in Wyoming, but still provides the other-wordly wilderness, fields of grazing antelope, and the insane views you’re looking for.
