SageRidge Tipi
Tipi stay
Linda was a great host! We got to visit with the animals (with supervision as her home is not a petting zoo) camp was exactly as expected after reading description and reviews. We stayed in the Tipi for a one not stopover. Linda went out by of her way to accommodate us since weather was questionable. Woke up to a cocka doodle do, pet the dogs and went on our way!

This was a fun, quirky and comfortable place to stay! Linda was incredibly sweet and had everything I could need. She does have 7 dogs and a large herd of alpacas so if you have any animal allergies, it's probably not the place for you. I loved playing with the dogs and looking around the art garden. Linda moved me to the cabin due to a double booking of the tipi and it was warm and comfortable. A storm rolled through and I didn't have any issues with the little cabin leaking. There is a toilet and shower, both primitive, but very convenient! Overall a very nice and quiet stay

SageRidge Ranch Camping
Peacocks are LOUD
Much of the experience was as expected: we were on a ranch, there was a fenced area in which we could pitch our tent, and the dogs were friendly. The directions were accurate, and the location was lovely. Several surprises marred our experience. First and foremost: peacocks. Yes, you read that right: this is a ranch that includes peacocks. These exotic birds from India, complete with luxurious tails, roost in the trees and buildings of the camping area. They were LOUD, screeching and honking like a car alarm every 15 seconds, from dawn to dusk. They roosted right above our tent, and started making a racket in the pre-dawn light about 4 AM. This un-natural alarm was impossible to sleep through, driving us out of our tent and back on the road hours earlier than we had intended. The second issue we had was the lack of a decent tent site in the "Art Garden." There were no flat spaces for tents, leaving sloping options that ranged from bad to worse. If you advertise that there is tent camping, then a flattened spot or two for tents seems like a minimum requirement. Third, the "Art Garden" area that was fenced-off for camping had gates open to the barnyard, so we had to dodge huge piles of animal droppings. It was like we were expected to pitch our tent in a barnyard that happened to have a few funky sculptures. Get rid of the peacocks (or just keep them in the barn), make a couple of pads for tents, and close the gates to the llamas, and this could be a great spot.

SageRidge Tipi
We loved our stay at SageRidge! Such a cool experience that we would definitely do again. There are a lot of exciting and friendly animals who will make your stay even more enjoyable! We also purchased some memorable trinkets from Linda’s shop in the back. 10/10 would recommend.

SageRidge Ranch Camping
Linda is the best host you can ask for, she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and warm at night and making sure my overall stay was the best it could be. For a ranch in the middle of Wyoming she makes you feel like you’re right at home. All of her critters on the ranch are great, but the best one out of them all is buddy. After being there for 5 minutes he was already my best friend and it did make me feel better sleeping at night that buddy was right outside all night. If you are wanting to explore bighorn this is the place to stay at.

So much fun, so beautiful!
Linda is awesome and her property is beautiful! She was happy to let me feed and otherwise interact with her many wonderful animals, hike part of her property, and chat with me about anything from vegetarian rugs to the state of Wyoming in general. It was very windy, rainy, and cold one of the nights I stayed, and she went out of her way to make sure I would be warm and dry. I 100% recommend Linda's ranch!
