From tents to RV's of all sizes, our guests enjoy lots of space and privacy. Our place is very quiet with great views of the Wind River Mountain range and the Owl Creek Mountain range. We are located 160 miles from Jackson and only 50 miles from Thermopolis Hot Springs and the Wind River Canyon. Wifi included, fire pits and firewood available, shower and restroom, plenty of room to hike. Jim and I (Paulette) broke ground in 1983 with the intent to host jackpot team roping, calf roping and barrel racing events of all sizes. We no longer produce events (due to health issues) so we decided to share our space with campers. We have 250 acres and we are located just far enough off the beaten path that our guests can enjoy our quiet, peaceful, private place. Occasionally, we will have a campfire in front of our house - everyone is always welcome (no invitation needed).

This was a perfect stopover on our way to the Jackson area. We ran into problems on the way and didn't get in until late. Paulette and her sweet pup were still there to greet us. They even allowed us to borrow a ladder to make some needed repairs. There was more than plenty of room to walk the dogs and the views were spectacular. Thank you for a nice stay!
Very wide open spaces to easily navigate the camper. Didn’t meet the owners, but they communicated very well.
The property is as described, a ranch with a horse arena that is no longer being used for that purpose. There are wide open views of the mountains and it’s what you would expect of a ranch such as dirt roads and dust/wind. Both Paulette and Jim were very friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. The area is very flat so easy to setup camper. There are some AirB&B rentals on the property as well. We only have a teardrop camper so needed to use the restroom and shower facilities which were clean. If we are in this area again we would not hesitate to stay!

Very cool ranch. Great amenities. Paulette was very hospitable. Thank you, Jim and Paulette!
Jim and Paulette are the real deal! I was told Wyoming is where the cowboys are and it sure felt like it here. I grew up with horses and showing and rodeos in the East, this place brought back some great memories even though it’s not a working ranch right now. I felt so at home, it was peaceful and quiet. Paulette is an absolute sweetheart and it was hard to say goodbye after just a few days. I highly recommend staying here, they have several options too. Give them a call if you’re anywhere in the area looking for a place for a night or two or three or….

We enjoyed meeting you and are so happy you enjoyed your time with us! Sure hope you can come back again and stay longer!
Was welcomed by Paulette and had a great time there. Will definitely stay there again
It was a pleasant and easy overnight stay on our way to Yellowstone. The hosts are good communicators and the sunrise was stunning! Also the shower is great— super cute, easy to stay warm and private, good water pressure and easy to control the temperature. I appreciated that! The location was easy to find even though we came after dark.
Jim Miss Arena was an Excellent place to camp for a few nights after more than a month of dry camping. When I first arrived, the place seemed deserted that is until Paulette, as charming an anyone showed up and told me to take any spot I wanted. Over the course of the 3 days I was there, a few other campers and airbnbers showed up some with their horses in tow, others with their dogs, and everyone was a nice as could be. The sunsets were spectacular, outshone only by the brilliant stars at night. I highly recommend this place.

Thanks for staying with us! I wish we had spent more time together. You'll have to come back again and hang out. We had lots of campfires in front of our house this summer. Our season is winding down, for sure! Snow is in for forecast. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I really enjoyed meeting you! Your smile and enthusiasm was infectious! Wishing you all the best! Your friends, Jim and Paulette
