Description

What’s the word for more than one moose? Mooses? Meese? Whatever it is, you might run into a few of ‘em here at Big Sandy Campground, where the surrounding swamps tend to attract these antlered animals. That’s not the only thing Big Sandy has in store for you, though. Studded with huge pines, this place gives you access to quite a few nearby trails and lakes. If you’re up for it, check out Arrowhead Lake. This lake’s the highest around at 3300 feet above camp!
