Campsite is 1 of 4 Hipcamp sites all located on 178th Street (a dead-end road). We own 22 acres all together at this location and we tried to keep each site unique and separate from each other.  3 are waterfront sites on the left side of the road and 1 is a wooded site on the right side of the road.

This large waterfront site is excellent for multiple campers (no more than 3 please)  making it great for friends/family who like to camp together! It also has water and power available.  Campsite is level and has a low bank and it is less than 75 feet from the water and includes a dock, a kayak, 2 outdoor chairs and a fire ring. The shoreline has a nice low bank at this site and will allow for easy lake access and swimming.

We have (2) water hose hookups and (1) 50 amp, (1) 30 amp and (1) 20 amp electrical connections available.

Bob Lake is a 90 acre no-wake lake with great fishing (Panfish, Largemouth Bass and Northern Pike) and there is a public boat landing on the west side of the lake if you want to bring your own boat or pontoon.

NEARBY & THINGS TO DO

The Chippewa County Forest (16,000 acres) Hickory Ridge trail head is located only 5 minutes from our site and you are able to ride the road to this location with ATV's.  You can enjoy miles of hiking, biking, ATV or horseback riding trails. Trails wind past small lakes and beaver ponds, as well as spectacular vistas and abundant wild life.  Reach out to us if you enjoy hiking or biking and we will get you more details and maps!

WHAT IS AT THE SITE?

There is a kayak that will be available for use that is included with your site rental.   We have a small dock if you want to bring your own boat or paddleboards or if you would just like to sit and fish.  Don't forget your fishing poles!

The site was beautiful and perfect for our 3 campers. It was peaceful with amazing sunsets and the sound of frogs. This is a nice level site with power hookups with 20, 30, and 50 amps. We rented the pontoon with the site and enjoyed cruising around the lake. Our hosts were very responsive to questions and greeted us when we arrived. We couldn't be more happy with our stay here. Highly recommended!
