Just two hours North of Perth, come and camp on this hobby farm on the outskirts of the quaint town of Moora. Relax and your campsite, stroll around property, feed the horses or explore the local area. The beautiful country town of Moora is situated on the banks of the Moore River in the Wheatbelt Region of Western Australia. It is surrounded by impressive Salmon Gums, beautiful parks, gardens and heritage buildings and is a popular stopover for tourists following the Wildflower Trail. Moora is central to a number of attractions in the Midlands including coastal towns such as Jurien Bay and Lancelin. The Pinnacles in the Nambung National Park at Cervantes is also a major drawcard. The Moora town site is only 55kms from the Benedictine Monastery town of New Norcia which also attracts many tourists. You're welcome to join in with some farm duties if you like!

It is such a lovely place far out and away from the everyday busy life, an excellent getaway to truly relax having down time. Mervyn is such a lovely gentleman and I'll definitely say a 5 star hospitality. Mr Merv invited us for a sundowner and a lovely cool down in the pool. My son enjoyed horseback riding whilst my 4 legend Child was roaming the farm land with her new friend Lucy.

Shady trees to relax and read a book under while Casper and Princess were the friendly horses that wandered past which the 2yo loved. Close to town for when you forget the pot to cook breakfast. Merv was friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

We wanted somewhere just to pitch our swag, put our feet up with a fire far away from the hustle a bustle of life It was very relaxing, very quiet. Merv was a great host inviting us to ride the horses or just relax and do our thing.

Camping on this property is great for a quiet weekend getaway. There is plenty for the kids to do, like play with the friendly horses, peacocks and dogs. Scenery is beautiful. Mervyn is a great host and will cater to all your needs. Highly recommend trying it out for a couple of days
