Don’t want to give it a good review as don’t want it to get too popular! Fab for dog walking generally peaceful- even better if you have your own toileting facilities so you don’t need to be near the one loo and potential generators. Want to return when there is water in the river

Our stay was fantastic & can't wait to return. Although we didn't get a site by the river we very much appreciated the hosts putting us in a site away from families. All sites were just as beautiful. In fact, ours was spectacular with the sheep behind us. A lovely clean property and friendly hosts

What a great time we had, even the dogs had a ball.
Our spot near the river was very shady and private, however the flys were bad. (to be expected I guess)
It was however disappointing to have to drive past the property's garbage dump to get to the wonderful camping grounds.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Trapwell for the 2020 WA Day long weekend. We were in a party of three self sufficient off road caravans and had a really good bush campsite adjacent to the river. Joe and Cathie came round on Saturday evening for a bit of a social and yarn A good time was had by all.

'How's the serenity?' We loved our camp spot which felt very secluded (unlike many campsites where you're sardined next to everyone else). It was great to have a campfire and be able to bring our dog along too. Cathie and Joe were very helpful and made us feel welcome on their farm.
