If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Loved camping at the Lavendar Farm in Nannup this long weekend. The facilities were really clean. We had grass to pitch our tent on and it was close to the cosy fire. Our friends stayed in the caravan with a porch, chairs and table - a great spot to have a couple of pre dinner drinks. Would definitely stay again !!
Lovely host, small sites.
Rob was a lovely host, greeted us on arrival & checked in with us each day, it was great playing with his beautiful dogs!
Sites are small but grassy & close to amenities (1 showers, 2 toilets shared between 4 camp sites & a rentable caravan, so potentially 10 -12 people)
It should be noted that the camp sites are very close to the farm cafe (which is open to the public) and that the amenities are shared with the cafe. The host understandably asks you to vacate the kitchen from 10am each morning as it is within the cafe itself. You can still use shower & toilet but you will be sharing with cafe guests (toilets could have done with a little more cleaning but with COVID they were down staff so this was understandable). Also worth noting is camp grounds are very close together & felt less private than what we expected with hip camps - there is almost no sound barrier & could easily hear other campers conversations.
Perfect stop over or longer stay.
Stayed here a couple of times now & never regret it. Cool shady spot, a warm shower & pretty view. This time I drive from Walpole, the perfect rest spot to arrive at. Thank you 👌🏻
