Tracks to camp sites are suited for 4x4 and all wheel drive vehicles.
During spring through autumn enjoy a lazy day chilling out in an area where the kids can splash in the water or enjoy the canoe in the year round flowing river. You might prefer to relax and listen to the sounds of nature.
Campers must be self sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities and take all waste/rubbish with them on departure.
We are a working hobby farm and you are welcome to interact with our animals or use the camp as a base to visit many attractions in the local area. You can enjoy a day at the beach at Lancelin, Ledge point or Seabird with a meal at the local taverns. Visit the Gravity Discovery centre or mini golf which are just down the road.

Second time camping here. Did not disappoint. Host's are always very accommodating. Kid's enjoy the freedom of riding their bikes or playing in the river. Look forward to coming back again.
Maxine and Peter were great hosts and couldn’t be more engaged or accommodating. Very sandy going in but let the tyres down,4WD and easy through. They have a compressor available if you don’t have your own on the way out. The site was fantastic, right on the river and private. Also a quick trip from Perth and great for an early leave on Friday and back on Sunday. Will definitely be back and spend a bit more time and break out the rods. We could see the fish from the bank.
Loved this spot so much we have already booked our next trip! Peter and Maxine are so lovely and helpful. Limited number of campers, beautiful just sitting by/in the river or going for a bush walk. Very quiet and peaceful. Minimal flies and mosquitos when we were there. Support these lovely people, be respectful, don’t leave anything behind and we will continue to be able to visit spots like this 😊
The location was fantastic and right on the river. Perfect location for kids to play and ride their bikes. Lots of space, and we were there on a fully booked weekend. Hosts were super friendly and made us feel welcome.
We absolutely loved our stay at Mystic Acres! Peter and Maxine were such lovely hosts, there to greet us and to see us off at the end, as well as to provide advice and an air compressor regarding the ~100 m stretch that required our tyres to be let down. Their sites were right on the river, so peaceful and we will definitely be back!
Fantastic stay over easter, the hosts, location and experience were brilliant. Hassle free camping at it's best. Kids loved it as did we😀😀
Lovely spot by the river, large sites. 4x4 access, but got our on road caravan through with no problems. Very limited internet coverage, which was great as it forced the kids to be off the iPads! Owners were very nice people, even came to give the kids Easter eggs! We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to visit again.
