Less than an hour and a half out of Perth, the perfect spot to escape the city bustle. The property is spread over 50 acres, and it's up to you where you wish to set up.

The front paddocks are the most grassy, and here you'll find two dams suitable for swimming when they're holding water. The further up the block you go, there is a salted patch with seasonal saltwater creek, and a third dam up the back.

All campers are welcome, from backpackers, swaggers to glampers with tow rigs and mobile homes. However, there is no power, potable water or a toilet, so you need to be fully self-contained.

The property is very close to the Kep Track and Clackline Nature Reserve, so a great base for those wanting to explore these parts. It's situated within a quiet valley with a lot of domesticated horses. There's zero light pollution and the stars are amazing on a clear night. Also very minimal highway noise, just the occasional loud Moo from the neighbouring cows.

The property is used as a livestock agistment for sheep when they're lambing, however dogs are 100% allowed. If you're bringing them, please just let me know in advance so I can let the neighbour know.

Campfires welcome during outdoor fire season, from May 1st to September (Northam Shire council guidelines).

Local tip! Bakers Hill Tavern does an enormous chicken parmi, and the bakery just down the road is great for fresh bread and bites. Other necessities are available in Bakers Hill.

There is reception on the block, but it's patchy.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The terrain of the block is mostly flat, slowly increasing in gradient after the middle of the block towards the back. The vegetation is of light density and there are pre-bashed vehicle tracks you can identify to give an idea of where you can traverse vehicles. I would recommend to walk to block once you get there, to help identify a suitable path to get where you want to go. Getting to the back paddock does require a 4x4 or AWD if you're game. Heavy vehicles should stay in the front paddocks, as the salted patches can get a bit boggy.

The gates are old school cocky gates that can be a bit painful to open and shut to get to the back of the block. It is very important that all gates are closed behind you.
