8 acres of beautiful forested land with a small creek running nearby the campsite. WALKING distance to New River Gorge National Park! Approx 5min walk across edmond-lansing rd to short creek/head house trail. Hiking to views of the gorge, down to the river and plenty of climbing. Endless wall is 2 min drive down the road, some of the best hiking and climbing in the gorge! Beauty Mountain overlook is 1.5 miles away. Campsite is off of a private neighborhood road. GPS will NOT take you to our place. It will send you to the neighbors, so please follow written directions from host. We don’t want to burden our neighbors. Thank you! There is a small fire ring, bring dry wood and make sure to put your fire completely out anytime you wont be attending it, this is the woods. ALL are welcome. This space is a safe place, and prejudice or hate will not be tolerated. Thank you for treating others with respect and kindness.Park your van or small rv on the shaded gravel pad or pitch your tent a short walk into the trees for a bit more seclusion. Enjoy a small creek and fire pit most of the year. The outhouse is less than a hundred paces up a forest path for your convenience. Our camper is on the other side of the land, out of sight from your camping.

Great place , easy to find ! Stop for the night , car camp so it was pretty quiet ! , not so secluded. Still very private. Maybe one car pass by.

Sweet and convenient lil camp spot

Lu C was an excellent host! Super communicative and helpful! The place was as shown, beautifully draped in moss past the gravel car space, the sound of birds and frogs singing me to sleep at night. The outhouse was clean and easily accessible. Check in and check out was super simple, and she even checked to make sure everything went well with my stay after. The space was also super convenient to the new river gorge bridge and many trailheads which was perfect. Would recommend 100%

Creekside Camp

Beautiful well kept site, fairly private although it is right off of the road. A few nice flat spots to pitch a tent and easy access to the creek. The outhouse was a nice amenity.

Creekside Camp

Place was easy to get to. Relatively secluded and I felt safe with my dog. It’s a nice wooded area behind you. A few cars passed on the road right in front of us but other than that it was very quiet. Would definitely stay again.

It was the perfect spot for my first time solo car camping. Quiet, secluded and safe, with the perfect babbling brook.
