--> Brooklyn Heights Riverfront Campground includes 34 acres of unlogged wilderness forest with roads, trails and 2000 feet of riverfront on the Dry Fork River with many amazing access points to islands, swim holes, and rapids as well as a communal river beach area with bon-fire pit and large grill pit for all to use.

--> Grand Opening and RVSP system in place for July 4th Weekend!

--> The camp includes 14 camping sites (firepits, parking, and future picnic tables), 5 primitive shelter cabin sites (10x12 lofted barn cabins with ext. hasp for your padlock), and a 5 short term RV parking spots along the river (RV's 30 foot or less recommended).

--> These 5 sites in Sector A are the surrounded by forest and surrounded by  camping cabin sites as well.  All sites are level and spacious.  They are located in the first section of the camp closest to the waterfall and some wonderful rapids and river access points in front of one of the islands.    Each campsite has a designated parking spot at the site.   Only sites available for your booking days will show on the map for you to choose -- if booked already, the sites won't show and can't be selected.

--> The camp is situated on nearly 4 miles of wilderness riverfront on a stunning dead end road, and yet just a few miles to the beautiful town of Parsons WV in Tucker County (home of Thomas / Davis / and Canaan Valley), with all shops, services and lots of restaurants so close by.

--> The Dry Fork and Black Fork Rivers combine nearby, the cable suspension bridge to Hendricks is less than half a mile downstream, the Fernow Experimental Forest is just a mile downstream (following waterfall filled elklick run), and the Monongahela national forest and huge unlogged forests are all around!

--> Waterfalls, creeks, kayak drop points, swimming, tubing, hiking, fishing, and water recreation abounds.

--> Self check in after you have booked your preferred site online.   A designated parking spot for each campsite and plenty of room nearby for additional vehicles parallel to the river road and in overflow parking.

--> Tons of free firewood left over from camp development - be sure to bring a saw and branch clippers!  Please don't cut live vines or trees!

Vince has created a wonderful camp ground with cabins for folks to come and visit the area. We stayed there and it was lovely, quiet and peaceful. It has just been created and has more to be added (per discussions with Vince).

The cabins are new. Sleeping lofts and cots. Windows for ventilation and lockable doors so you can leave stuff while you go exploring.

The layout of the campground is well thought out.

I loved tent/cabin camping at this campsite! The site has plenty of room and a lot of shade from the trees. There's a river nearby for tubing and some good places to hike/explore. I would definitely recommend checking out the rock island that's marked on the map near the campsite.

Thanks so much Luke. The Dryfork river property is incredibly beautiful, as is the river, which is very dynamic and its shoreline and islands always changing with river levels. Thanks for coming and hope that you come back!

The campsite is in a beautiful location in the mountains. We had a great time plenty of places to swim and hike. Vincent is a great host. We would definitely come back again. The cabins are tremendously helpful if it rains.
