We were at site 2. All the amenities you could ask for: picnic table, stone fire ring, and two chairs were at the site. The bathrooms were clean and close by. Awesome to have a sink with running water to wash dishes. Didn’t use the shower but it looked nice! Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Excellent location right by kalaloch beach with wonderful views of the water. Also had great phone reception with AT&T. Can’t wait to return!

Highly recommend this hidden gem! The views were beautiful and the site felt very private. Waking up to the sounds of the ocean wasn’t a bad perk either! This location was easy to find and close to so many great spots to explore!

Great location/ views but host took some time to respond (compared to other Hipcamp locations I stayed). After we had difficulty finding a spot to safely place our tent on site 1, the host allowed us to relocate to site 2. However site 2 didn’t have a spot to safely place the tent, so we decided to stay at site 1. The problems were the small tree trunks, that were cut, with sharp ends sticking out. Placing the tent on them would risk puncturing our tent, make it leak during rain and overall make it difficult to sleep. I highly suggest those small cut tree trunks are removed before the next visitors.

We have come to learn over the years that it is especially hard to find beach dog-friendly camping and access in Washington State. This campsite was amazing! We stayed two nights here with our doggo and it was better than imagined!

We have a somewhat anxious Border Collie pup who doesn’t always do great with all the sounds and happenings in a normal, busy developed campground. We stayed in site #2 and had neighbors not too far away in site #1 our first night.. but you would have never guessed as you could not see them through the thick trees/vegetation or hear them over the sound of the ocean! The amenities provided are great for camping and our favorite part was the beach access trail less than ten minutes walk from our campsite! This property is beautiful and the hosts have done an amazing job of providing access to this amazing coastal area, while still allowing for a feeling of serenity and solitude. We’ll definitely be back!!

The beach/coastal access was a max. 10 minutes walk from the campsites and was the most enjoyable part of the stay! Our anxious lil border collie pup doesn’t enjoy the hustle and bustle of busy, developed park campgrounds… he found great solitude here and finally loved his camping experience!!sunset view from site # 2!

We had a great 2 night stay in mid October at site #4. Adam's property is an oasis. Having access to a sink(hot water, too) to clean after meals was a huge camping plus. The property is well kept and has a beautiful vibe. If you enjoy minimizing your environmental footprint, appreciate and respect your surroundings and neighbors, then this is your place. Easy to book, clear instructions. Highly recommend.

Amazing views -- absolutely gorgeous and top-notch spot. We loved hearing and watching the ocean waves from our site (#3). Walking down to the beach was an added bonus, and it’s obvious Adam is a true steward of the land. Bathrooms/showers were clean and stocked, and the firewood shelter was a quick walk – there’s even a wagon to haul the bundles back to camp. We occasionally heard a truck pass on the road and saw a fellow camper walk by on the way to the beach, but overall very quiet and private. Easy access and clear directions. Highly recommend all around and looking forward to returning!
