The site was beautifully maintained, and I really appreciated how quiet it was. It felt like we were in the middle of nowhere, while only an hour from Seattle. The creek running next to the campsite was amazing for my family, with the temperature over 90. My kids could play by the water and watch bugs leaves, while I could just drop a chair on the bank and put my feet in to cool down.
Perfect - highly recommended
The site is perfect. Exactly as advertised.
David gave great directions. The walk to the site is short and easy (my two boys (3yr and 5yr) had no problem with it.
The site is ideal - creek side with a private bridge to get there. Very nice covered area with a picnic table. It rained heavily the evening we got there, but because of the gravel and quality site maintenance, it dried by noon.
This is the first camping trip my wife and I have taken our boys on, and it was a wonderful experience. We plan to return.
Amazing. Quiet and so wooded. Trails on site to explore and a creek right by the site to enjoy. Fresh spring water spigot and a covered spot for shelter.
This site is a walking site, not a long walk, but the pack out will be up a short hill. Host David is friendly and helpful
The Valhalla Tree farm is beautiful and quiet. You can hike around and explore without getting in the car.
The shelter David has built in the Creekside Camp was a lifesaver during a rain storm.
It is a walk in site and loading back up is a short uphill.
David is a responsive and friendly host.
