Toby Mill Cabin

Gorgeous view, peaceful setting, and comfortable cabin.

Joy and David's cabin is as if from a dream. The view, meadows, birds, insects, and occasional visiting cows made for an immensely peaceful and serene weekend. The cabin was well-stocked and had more amenities than we expected. We couldn't rave enough about this place, and we will certainly reach back out in the future to visit again.

The view was awesome we both sat in the car in awe when we parked next to the cabin for at least 15 minutes. The cabin is very well stocked & kepted up . i would come here again. This is one of the nicest cabins i have been too.

Stunning landscape and warm, charming, cozy cabin.

This cabin is absolutely lovely. Quiet, peaceful, and comfortable with lots of land to explore. The wood stove does a great job of heating the whole cabin, and the downstairs bed is super comfy :) we will definitely be back!!

Wowzers. The cabin and surrounding area is incredible and truly a special place. I felt very at peace and very much look forward to the day I can return. I didn’t interact with David, but Joy went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and safe, as well as one of the neighbors, Julie, down the road. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you so much Joy and David!

Joy’s cabin and the land are absolutely magical in the snow. The cabin was exactly as described and the directions were easy to follow down a few different snowy roads. We were blown away by the beautiful sunset and sunrise, and can’t wait to come back in another season to see everything in bloom. The wood stove kept us nice and toasty after warming up and it was a perfect quiet rustic spot to ring in the new year. Though it was cold we bundled up at night to step out and stargaze for a bit and it was more than worth it.

My husband, our two large dogs and I spent the most wonderful Thanksgiving at Toby Mill's cabin. It's the right amount of rustic comfort. There was plenty of fire wood to keep us warm and we brought our own water, which we supplemented with a source we found at a nearby cow trough (we filtered it with the large provided filter). Quiet solitude and peace for us and playtime in the snow for the dogs. Just beware that there is an active hunting community around that time of year. All the hunters were very nice and I just made sure to have a highly visible orange bandana tied around each dogs neck. Our time spent there was magical and we hope to return!!!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing time! The snow, the view, the peace and quiet was perfect! Our dogs enjoyed running around the big field. There is a lot of flies but we didn’t mind as they mentioned it to us before we booked. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!
