charming. cozy. rustic. idyllic.-- the first words that come to mind about Reg's place. plus, he is just a really accommodating & welcoming host!
Reg is a very accommodating host, fun and friendly, and clearly doing what he could to offer an indoor accommodation. The compact room is filled with fascinating books, record albums, and collected memorabilia, the kind of space that would be difficult to clean at a very hygienic level. That being said, it's quiet and acceptable if thinking rustic/eccentric. Loved the skeleton marking the bathhouse.
Absolutely would recommend this, absolutely gorgeous views of the mountains short little hikes around the property and interesting history as well. I will be hoping for another stay to explore the area more. Very good experience and the host was above and beyond, even gave us some extra blankets since the nights are getting colder.

Reg was very friendly and accommodating. We appreciated a hot shower and staying in the Analogue Room after a day of hiking around Baker. The music selection and evening view from the cabin were highlights.
Loved Reg’s place. Beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Walk down to creek was a bit tough but worth it. We’ll be back!
Reg was so welcoming and passionate about his work at the homestead. We could only stay one night but greatly enjoyed our time. The view from the Analog Room was incredible, as were the stars in the night sky which was visible for a few wonderful minutes when the clouds parted. The vinyl collection was impressive!
It was so awesome! The place was cozy, clean and warm. The trails are right in their backyard. My dogs and I had loads of fun and peaceful time.
Reg is awesome and his land is epic. We stayed in his analogue room listening to records all night around his antiques. The next morning we hiked a trail from his back yard up high enough to have a sweet view. His sheep and horned cattle are so cute!!! My car also broke down and Reg was beyond helpful in getting us back on the road. Thanks so much Reg!!
The Analogue Room was the perfect way to spend the New Year by unplugging our phones and connecting by listening to music. Reg has an amazing expansive record collection and I could spend days exploring the music and property. My partner and I would definitely recommend this space and would come back!
