We had a wonderfully cozy time despite the terrible weather. Nice little touches in this tidy cabin. We'll be back!

Our second stay here and it didn’t disappoint! The feeling of being out in the wild, but with close proximity to groceries, beer and wood fired pizza!

The cabin was cute and comfortable, The only thing I would have liked to have had was a bundle of some dry splinter piece of wood because all the twigs were wet. There was plenty of split large wood under a roof.

Hello JoAnn, thanks for staying and for the request for dry kindling. We have found the fire starter pucks we provide do the trick to get a fire going with the large logs but we will do better! 😊

I found this place in the last minute and i was lucky to have this available on Labor day. I booked it immediately. The directions are pretty clear, the place hs got a lot of facilities. We had some campfire, drove to the nearby cascadia pizza and had some pizzas. Used our propane tank to cook and heat the room. The lighting around the property might be less but they are very apt and sets in the mood. All in all we enjoyed the stay.

I re-booked within the first hour of being at the the cabin! It’s so cute! They had everything that we needed and such a cozy feeling inside! It’s very private, yet super close to a beautiful walking trail and we spent the next day at the Cedar River. I highly recommend the wood fired pizza down the road. Cannot wait to come back again!

This place is so adorable. The driveway to the cabin is beautiful!! You feel like you’re miles away but you’re not far from town. Brittany has provided many things I thought I would need to bring myself. Plenty of lighting inside (battery operated) and out. Utensils, cups…tea. The stove and heater which we didn’t need to use. However it was nice that it was there just in case. The potty situation I was worried about but it wasn’t bad at all. You’ll be just fine. She provides plenty of drinking water. I did bring my own for washing dishes, our hands and brushing our teeth. The trail is a little closer than I expected so you will see and hear a few people on the path during the day. At night it’s complete silence. The beds are comfortable! My two teenage boys did share the queen bed in the loft. The twin above the queen bed was a little hard for either one of them to get into comfortably. If you don’t have big teenagers like mine it should be fine!! They got up on the loft just fine and enjoyed it. Brittany was very kind and helpful and always was available to answer my questions. We can’t wait to go back!!! If you’re looking for a place to get away but be close enough to go into the city for the day time….this is your place!!! Book it now! You won’t regret it.
