River Mountain

Highly recommend it! Host was friendly and helpful. Spot is on a open grassy field that overlooks another open field, pretty private being the only one there. Heavy rains required 4wd up the steep grassy incline to get to the site when pulling a trailer. Enjoyed walking down to the waterfall at the bridge.

Great place

Anna was a warm and welcoming host when we were visiting for a stargazing outing. With our car camping and tent, she provided a private spot on the meadow with a clean bathroom. We appreciated her assisting us with firewood and invitation to relax. The other campers were quiet and respectful. We especially enjoyed the roaming chicken.

What a lovely spot. Good for tents, vans and RV’s. Bit of an uphill so good to have good tires. My E150 Ford van did great. Son’s low rider Honda Civic was fine. Another can with poor tires…a lot harder.

Anna is so kind and friendly and helpful and gives you plenty of space. Super accommodating. Highly recommend this Hip Camp.

This spot is close to many beautiful hiking and biking places.

Wonderful place! My husband and I were looking for a last minute spot near Battle Ground and Anna’s place was perfect for us. Big, beautiful grassy area. As previous reviewers mentioned, the hill driving up is nothing to worry about - we were able to get our 24’ RV up with no problems. Anna is very accommodating and sweet. I would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a close to town camping trip. Pretty easy access for our 25’ travel trailer. Our friends brought their trailer too, plenty of room.

Lots of space and privacy. Anna was a great host and ensured that we had everything we needed. Great base for a day trip to Lake Merwin, Yale and Swift reservoirs. We would definitely go back.
