Learn more about this land: The front half of our property is cozy and quiet. Very rural setting but only 3 miles from Snohomish. Lush greenery, tall trees, bird songs and privacy. Park like setting with beautiful surroundings. Large cedars, firs, hemlocks and a long existing native landscape. A one acre overgrown wetland separates the camping area from the private residence and workshop. We encourage QUIET camping in fully self contained small RVs. We DISCOURAGE car and tent camping. Please RESPECT the property and the neighbors by leaving no trace.The front half of our property is cozy and quiet. Very rural setting but only 3 miles from Snohomish. Private setting under tall trees
This is the second time here, and I was really in awe of the first stay. Now the second stay wad more of a disappointment , not really sure about all the dog poo... I went around and picked it all up! And I saw a Grey dog wandering around twice, it friendly tho, and also picked up most of the twigs that had fallen they we're most Annoying to have trip on them., and not really sure why it says fully fence in; for the dog's? The area is fenced only one side for the neighbors, other than that I didn't feel comfortable letting my dogs of leash. Idk? About that! Nice and quiet thoe .

This is a great spot. It's quiet, secluded and the right distance away from town. Love hearing the distant train at night and the owls. Good place to recharge.

David is very respectful and a great host. The location is private, quiet and the stars are beautiful at night (when the clouds aren't in 😉). Staying here was very easy and roomy. It is a clean place. It's not too far away from town, but like I said - quiet. I would definitely recommend.

David is a wonderful host and I couldn’t have had a more enjoyable time. Beautiful spot and forest setting. Crisp clean air. What else can we hope for? Thank you David and hope to visit again 🙏🙏

Super easy going, we didn’t roll in till a few hours after dark, with no problem at all. Easy to find the spot and super nice guy! Would recommend and stay again.

Private setting under tall trees
Repeat visit for this quiet & safe spot. I really like the no fires rule! I am allergic to smoke so no campfires is a must for my safety!
