The property was previously owned and purchased by my grandparents in the late 60s. It is also lovingly named in honor of them. We are conviently located about 2 miles from the rialto beach and national park. Our campground is close enough that you could easily ride bikes to it and enjoy its scenics route on the main road directly from our campgrounds. Rialto beach also hosts hole in the wall, which is a popular and beautiful attraction definetly worth visiting! Mora campground which is less then a mile and a half from us has coin op showers available that u can use even if staying with us. we are about 10 minutes from 3 propular Lapush beaches, 2 of which have very scenic hiking trials. The other, beach 1 has direct beach access.
There are also many rivers located nearby that work wonderfully for swimming. Our campground is less then half a mile from the quileute river, which also has a boat launch available and is known for its fishing. If new to or experienced at fishing and are looking for fishing guides there are also many available the area. We are a newly established privately owned campground that is a work in progress. We have 17 sites total and are working towards expanding the size of our sites, adding a full farmstand. We are a backyard to table homestead that is home to extremely friendly goats, kune kune pigs, ducks, turkeys, geese, and chickens.
There are also many nearby restraunts. Three rivers is less then a mile from us offering burgers and the best shakes in the area, River's edge in lapush offers both a breath taking water view often full of wildlife to watch and it serves seafood, and there is forks which is home to a variety of restaunts and a full grocery store. Also in lapush is the marina, which if timed correctly u can often purchase fish straight from the boats coming in to cook right in ur site or better yet directly on the beach. Our campground is primitive with well water access, fire pits, garbage, and a large communal space. We also have available for purchase firewood and fresh farm eggs. We very much look forward to your visit!

Campsites are a little close, and rooster began crowing at 6AM which made it hard to sleep in but the location was great and the sites were well kept! All around would stay again:)
Great place, needs more security
We stayed 2 nights at this site, the place is beautiful, easy access, easy to find and the host is kind and welcoming.
However we had a bad experience when we left our tents to go visit the beach. Someone snuck into our site and made a mess on purpose , spilled all our water and hand sanitizer, went through all our stuff inside the tent, left a mess, without stealing anything, just to be a jerk.
The campground was wide open, there was one family camping in the spot next to ours that left while we were on our outing. We were wondering why would the host not offer us to space out since everything else was empty.
The camping spots are literally touching each other so we heard all their noise and music and snoring and even their 4am alarm clock that they slept through and didn’t turn off.
They had to hear our loud kids which I’m sure they did not like, so we were just wondering why wouldn’t they offer to space us out before we arrived?
Pros:
lots of common space
Great for kids who loved the farm animals
Easy access to water and bathroom
Host is very nice
Cons:
Spaces are very close to each other, I would not want to camp there when it’s full.
Place is still being landscaped (August 2021)
There is no surveillance so if you leave take all valuables.
The quiet hours were not kept quiet.
Overall we feel this could have been an amazing experience if we had a spot with no one next to us. We don’t know who did the mischievous act but we strongly feel that a more private spot could have avoided it. Also we strongly feel that host closer supervision is helpful when campers are packing to leave as a safety practice, stroll around to make sure they know they’re being watched and not try anything like that next time.
I love this place ! My family and I had a great time ! Natalie and her daughter are amazing people ! Her animals are so cute too! I will definitely be back ! Thank you so much Natalie for sharing your property with us ! We had a blast !!
We took a last minute trip to Forks with our kids and found Prior Homestead. It was perfect for our family. Both Natalie and her mom were very welcoming and very helpful. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to see how he place has changed next summer!
We used Natalie’s land as a quick stopover getting ready for a backpacking trip. Natalie was very helpful prior to our arrival moving us to a site that was easy to find and giving is useful info. It felt like a campground as everyone is close together, but all the people we chatted with were very nice. The property was very clean. Just a heads up- site 8 is the closest to the toilet. We were moved from that spot to something closer to the entrance.
I LOVED the pig!!
What a wonderful place to stay and camp with my family. Even though the campground was sold out, there was plenty of space between camp sites that we never felt cramped. Having other people in the campground made it kinda of fun actually as we could people watch. No one was overly loud and were mindful of keeping noise down at night. We will be back again soon! Thank you!
Amazing host, warm friendly service, awesome new campground. Highly recommend. Also the family that owns it has a family of adorable Goats, pigs, and some awesome birds. Very close to la push and Rialto.

Great opportunity, safe and clean s
The property has plenty of room for large RV’s. At the time of our stay Natalie was still working on building the campground but it was nice to have room to move our RV around and a quiet group of Guests unlike the heavy traffic found at other local campgrounds. Location is perfect for visiting Mora, La Push and even as far south as Ruby Beach and Kalaoch.
