We were looking for a place close to the Hoh rainforest with our 32 foot travel trailer. We were the last come, first rejected at the national park, it was getting late and our choices were dwindling. We found Ray W’s land about 4:00: 6 miles from Forks, their grocery store and yummy Pacific Pizza, 25 miles from the Hoh River Visitor Center and 25 miles from Ruby Beach. The sites are level, overlook a pretty meadow and have sturdy picnic tables and fire pits. He has only 6 sites, they are widely spaced and easy to get into and out of. They are right on 101, so Hwy noise during the day but completely silent at night. If you are self-contained and a little hesitant about boon docking in the rainforest, this is a good choice to explore the area.

Good fire pit and table, fairly level, if rocky site. Right off 101 so easily accessibleSite 5 at RW services. The Bogachiel River is to the left and is accessible from the sitr

Simple, clean RV parking. No hookups but sites are nice, clean, and flat. Site includes fire pit and table. We stayed one night and we were the only ones there. Very peaceful. Off the 101 and can barely hear the road noise. Fun horseshoe pit adjacent to the road. The next morning Ray left us a gift on our windshield—a nice little notebook with a pen! We’re using it to document our travels.

Thank you for the nice review. We are new at this and are happy you were pleased. Actually, we do have a few full hookups behind the shop. Pam Winney

We headed out on a last minute camping weekend to the Olympic Peninsula, camping places unplanned and unreserved. Friday we were driving along in and out of cell service trying to find somewhere to stay the night. With no cell service to use the hipcamp app and frustrations mounting we decided to pull into the RW Services lot and ask the gentleman loading firewood into a sale box if he knew of any place to camp. Ray turned out to be the proprietor of RW Services Rv Parking and offered us a spot for the night in his HipCamp Rv Parking. Large spots backed by a row of trees, fire pits, and picnic tables are offered for each RV. There are portapotties located not far away in the tent camping sites if you don’t have facilities aboard your rig. Ray and his wife Pam were very easy to communicate with by text or phone and made us very feel welcome, Even gifting us with a small notebook and matching pen. Great for documenting future camping trips! Ray has a large shop on site and was in and out often conducting business which made us feel safe and secure leaving our trailer while we adventured for the day. We liked this spot and decided to stay another night. I would recommend this camp and would stay there again.

What a great spot to stop for the night. While the spots are lined up next to one another without privacy, we knew this when we made the reservation. Each spot had a picnic table and fire pit. Very quiet, very clean. The host even greeted us with a lovely gift! So kind! Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re visiting Olympic National Park!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a picnic table and a fire pit. We definitely took advantage of the $5 bundle of fire wood provided at the park entrance. (So much wood for $5 ea!!!) Great, friendly people and not crowded for a Friday. Especially while everything is booked for Labor Day weekend. Would very much stay here again as the area is beautiful. Thank you!

Pam and Ray were both so kind. Both my husband and I were so impressed. The camp was clean, easy to access, and in a pretty location. They were so helpful/kind during set up and checked in several times throughout the stay. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
