Stay with us and have an experience like nothing you have had before. We invite you to roam the property and be sure to catch the beautiful sunsets.

We are an excellent stopping-off point if heading north or south from the Canadian border or if you want to explore Bellingham and hike Mt. Baker. You will have a fabulous view of the sweeping farmlands, the mountains, and you can see the top of Mt. Baker and all of the Twin Sisters.

All the RV and tent sites are on the Farmstead's immediate grounds. They are grassy and have their private fire pit. The property is beautiful, and there are lovely places under trees to pitch your tent or park your RV. And we're a pet-friendly site, so you are more than welcome to bring yours to stay with you.

⭐Quiet time is from 10 PM until 7 AM. Would you please use soft voices during this time?

⭐Check-in is until 9 PM unless approved by us.

⭐We are pet-friendly. Pets must be on a leash while on the property. Offleash area is available.

⭐Wifi is available throughout the whole property.

⭐$6 for a milk crate of wood-so you don't have to pack some.

We are entirely rural and have no neighbors except those on the farm, including cows, goats, a Kune Kune pig, and chickens. Summer bookings bring more guests to the property, so you might meet other camping guests while walking around the farm. We have 3 tent sites and 7 RV sites. Plus our Tiny Farmhouse and Apartment. (perfect if you have friends or family who does not own an RV or Tent bring them along)

This site offers 🚙  30 Amp Power and Water.

We have friendly Wagyu cattle that roam the farm. The barns are home to pigs, goats, and chickens. Our acres of raspberry fields offer a delightful place to wander – and pick fruit in season!

We are a working farm, which offers a unique experience for our guests. We encourage our guests to walk around and take full advantage of the peaceful surroundings.

As a guest on the farm, you're invited to share in the gifts of farm life. Guests can enjoy fresh produce from our garden and fresh eggs from our chickens. Kids and adults are welcome to help feed the animals, collect eggs from our chickens, visit the animals, feed them a treat, and harvest fresh vegetables (depending on season and availability).

We raise and sell pastured beef, chicken, pork, and eggs.

While planning your meals, consider purchasing some of our homegrown meat ahead of time. It is easy to do at home from our online shop. Place an order, and we will have it waiting upon arrival. You can see what's available and order directly through our website oostemafarmstead.

⭐Sausage, bacon, and eggs for breakfast.⭐Steaks, hamburgers, pork chops for dinner.

You may want to bring an extra cooler, so you can take some beef, chicken, and pork back home with you.

During harvest season, our busiest time is in July. You may hear the Harvest Pickers going up and down the rows and work trucks with the Harvest leaving the property. In addition, there might be times when cars, trucks, or tractors pass by the property on the outside driveway.

Also, know this is farm country, we are surrounded by working fields. We can not predict when the workers need to access the property, and we can not control what they need to do to take care of their crops.

The campground is a shared space with other Campers. There may be up to 7 RV's on the property, especially on weekends. See the photo for campsites and my profile for the other listings.

We LOVED our stay at the Farm. So much, that we booked our next stay prior to check out. Everything was perfect, Lisa greeted us in the driveway upon arrival, ensured we knew right where to park, get everything we need (firewood, etc.) We even bought some farm fresh eggs and sausage for our breakfast one morning. The second day she gave us a tour, we met the animals and went out in field of raspberry plants. The grounds were well kept, the sunset was incredible - we can't wait to come back again! Lisa and Glen go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and have everything they need.

What a great stay. Lisa was absolutely wonderful and the perfect host. Easy in and out. Welcoming and warm hosts. Beautiful views from the lawn chairs and really nice neighbors around us. We walked forever with our dog through the fields of raspberries and enjoyed the small town close by. Fantastic stay and we will be back!!

It was neat staying on a farm! My family and I loved the animals, the little garden, and the beautiful views of the cornfields and mountains around us. We had as many apples and pears as we could eat, and even bought some of their ground pork sausage and ground Waygu beef to make meals onsite!

Overall, this site exceeded our expectations. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and friendly while not being intrusive. There were more sites in the space than we realized but that was the only (slight) negative.
