We had such a wonderful time staying here. We were the only campers and our dog got along with Todd's. Everything is well thought out and clean including the restroom. At night it is super quiet except for the occasional owl hoot. You can see so many stars too! Todd made everything incredibly easy for us and we will definitely be back!
We camped on Todd's property in the quiet, manicured lawn. It far exceeded our expectations! There was art to enjoy, a very clean (and new looking!) composting bathroom with a shower, and plenty of room to set up away from the hurts and cabins he rents. He was VERY responsive by text and super chill. I highly recommend this site, would be perfect for a group camp if you can rent the yurt, cabin, and campground together!
Todd and Kota are great hosts! We enjoyed talking with Todd while our dog got to play play play with his new friend. The property is truly beautiful, and it is wonderful to experience the possibilities of living off the grid and with the land. There were other campers the night we stayed, however we did not feel cramped; the space encourages socializing if that calls to you (tho certainly not a requirement). We'll be back to try out some of the other lodging options - - definitely worth staying a few nights to take in all Port Townsend and the surrounding wonderland has to offer!
Quiet camping off the beaten path.
I was able to set up my camp easily with the company off Todd’s dog (she is very comfortable with strangers and when I got back into camp near 10 pm after my evening plans, she was there to see me to my camp<3). Quality property, quiet and peaceful night for me. Just what I was looking for.

Off the beaten path, with a recently built bath house (shower, composting lou), dish wash sinks attached outside. Potable water was provided in 5 gallon jars. All good. The camping lawn was nice, manicured- with some good flat spots for tents.
There is a cabin and yurt rentals on property, but no issue with privacy there. Hosts rustic house does overlook the lawn camp- also provides the WiFi source. Be sure to let Todd know when the composting seats need attention ;-)
We had a great time- visiting Port Townsend - Port Townsend Brewery, Fort Worden- hike the battlements, views of Whidbey. Hike around Anderson Lake, visit Finn River Cidery (highly recommended!).
