Welcome to Maple Meadow- this is the only campsite available to book on the property which means you will have complete privacy! Enjoy responsibly!

Maple Meadow is WILD Land- which means there is tall grass, big trees, and a wide variety of wildlife critters including, but not limited to: deer, bunnies, frogs, birds, and slugs. Please DO NOT expect an expertly manicured property, but I do my best to keep the site maintained from afar.

Google Maps should take you right to the address (provided upon booking) and the roads to and from Maple Meadow are well paved. There is a beautiful locally crafted entrance gate that will tell you that you have arrived (combination code provided upon booking.) Across the way is nothing but Christmas trees as far as the eye can see.

Once inside Maple Meadow, most vehicles should be able to navigate the driveway with ease. It is 300 feet in length by 10 feet wide, well-paved gravel and contains a loop to make entry and exit a breeze. PLEASE NO RVs larger than 20 feet! I've tried to allow larger in the past, but it seems small to medium travel trailers and RVs under 20 feet are the best fit for this site.

For RVs you may want to bring levelers as parts of the driveway have a size-able incline. Please drive the circle counter-clockwise (right to left) and park on the flattest portion which is right before the gravel path (has solar lights) to the bonfire pit.

For tent campers and family picnics there is an incredible 12x12 foot cedar platform with wheelchair accessible ramp and waterproof tarp cover to protect you from the rain. PLEASE DON'T HANG YOUR HAMMOCK ON THE POLES! When the tarp is not in use you can unhook the back two corners (the lower poles) and let the tarp flow freely to ensure water does not build up.

Large Bonfire Pit with cover! Bring your own chairs and firewood! Enjoy roasting marshmallows over the fire (responsibly please!)

PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT PLEASE- this includes trash of all kinds👏

Currently, there is NO TOILET on the land. This means you will have one of 3 options: use your own self contained toilet, use a bag and pack it up with you, or you may dig a hole on the far end of the property if needed. That's worst case scenario though please. 💩

*Although there is no WIFI- I have Verizon and get 2-3 bars on the property. I am not sure about other carriers. This is a strong enough signal for Netflix watching and playing your favorite Spotify playlists.

Please do not go further than the "no trespassing" sign on the back portion of the property. It is hard to miss since it is lit by solar lights. My neighbor had issues with people hiking into his land, so please do not go past the boundaries to ensure I can continue having campers stay in this beautiful natural space.

It is important to note that currently I live in California, so I will not be physically present on the land. If you have any difficulties you can call my cell or text me, which will be provided upon booking! ☎️

If you have any questions please message me. Thank you for considering staying at Maple Meadow campsite.

This property is quiet and secluded, while still being close to town to get supplies. With a firepit and shady platform and no one around to disturb you, this property has the simplicity that I am usually looking for.

The property is a smaller piece of land with some clear sky if you're connecting a starlink - I got great reception here.

Additionally, there is a tight loop here. I have a 21' micro minnie and it was a little tight. Be prepared to do some leveling, but it's not unreasonable at all!

I love this site. The birds were amazing and the frogs croaking at night was soothing. The platform was a nice place to put my hammock and I was able to read and nap all weekend. The fire pit was awesome to have at night. Brandon is an amazing host! I will be back….many times!

Great spot to unwind, even with the engine noise of neighbors passing we were at peace. Our dogs had a blast chasing the snakes and lizards, while the other wildlife sounds Tok us away. Host was knowledgeable and helpful about local supplies. Just make sure you bring a leveler where ever you plan to vehicle camp so you can have optimal placement anywhere.

Easy to get to! Great location, private! Bonfire pit a plus! Open to see the stars at night, love hearing the frogs in the creek, along with seeing deer walking around the site. Romantic camping spot for a couples stay but could definitely see the kids play here and camping. Brandon our host was attentive to any questions I had and even gave some near by locations to visit and see! Also if stay at this site be sure to stop at Taylor’s Station for an amazing dining experience!! Hands down could not be happier with my visit!!

Brandon's land was so great for camping! The wooden platform was a nice touch, and made it really easy to set up the tent. There was a bonfire pit, and the site was so quiet and peaceful. The sunset was gorgeous, and the campsite was really easy to get to!

I'd definitely stay here again - it's a great getaway from the city.

He checked weather for our dates and saw storms coming and offered us a reset or refund we reset for another weekend left a day early cause weather came back and again Brandon offered a refund which we declined as his is a work in progress and we were glad to help the cause .

The space is really nice and easily accessible. The tent platform is a nice touch (I did see on screw that kind of stuck up farther from the wood that might be a toe or tent catcher, right hand corner closer to the drive way). The platform even has supports so you could put an angled tarp up to keep the rain off you. We were in a small, 19ft 70’s motorhome and got around the loop, in an out just fine. I had hoped we could pull right up the the tent platform and use it as an outdoor space but it’s not really set up for that. The surrounding woods are really quiet and private. I think we saw a total of 3-4 cars. If you are in a motorhome make sure to bring lots of leveling blocks. One thing to note is that the space is in the middle of a wetland, so if you have wandering pets, or wanted to wander the property yourself, expect mud. Maybe bring some extra towels to dry paws. In the summer it would probably be dry. The frogs were wonderful to listen to. The host was very communicative and kind.
