Layne’s spot is private, quiet and very peaceful. If you’ve got an RV, it takes a little maneuvering to get into the right spot for the view but once you do, it’s great. We had deer in the meadow below and a big hawk in a tree in the morning.
Electric hook up is a bit far away to use with your rig in place for the view. You’d need an extra long extension cord.

Layne's property had a beautiful view atop a hill in secluded woods surrounding some private housing. The electricity hook up was a great bonus! The are was calm, quiet, and secluded with only the sounds of the surrounding nature. We heard a ton of owls at night and got to see some really great sunsets! Awesome location with Crescent lake only 30 min away and town under 5 minutes. The only issue we ran into was a few thorny bushes unsafe for small children and got a little lost with the directions. Follow elk trail all the way and stick right at the fork! Thank you Layne!

Very secluded and serene site overlooking a beautiful rolling valley. Site is basic, but flat. Had room to maneuver 25’ RV easily into place.

Layne was very helpful for directions, which can sometimes be troublesome in these more remote areas. His map made it easy to find.

If you want peace and quiet with nature, this is the spot.
