Such a great site! We stayed in spot #1 and had the best view of the lake. We couldn’t hear the highway and only heard nature. We brought our kayak which was perfect since you’re literally ten steps from the water. The toilets were not very good but we ended up using the national park camp toilets when we went for hikes. We had a large group next to us (8+ people) with kids even though we were told the largest group had four people but we’re still able to feel slightly separated. I HIGHLY recommend for the view alone.

Lakeside Tranquility has the ability to make you feel like you are in the middle of mountain lake if you choose the correct spot for your tent. If you have a travel trailer your options are an amazing view out to the lake and houses, road and neighborhood behind you. It will not feel private and secluded as the images will show because of limited ability to get away from the road. If you have other campers on property it might feel too close for comfort. This camp spot would have been perfect for tent campers however any trailer larger than 25’ would have been impossible to park. This site would not have worked with more than one trailer. Fawn the host was extremely friendly and helpful .

Such a beautiful site for camping - clean, nice amenities, minimal light pollution, and walk in access to the lake. Sites were a little closer together than I thought looking at the map but still plenty of room for our groups equipment. Would def come back!

The water was perfect even on a cloudy day. The camp site has amazing views of the water and is driving distance to lots of different activities. Everything was clean and it felt like a true campsite. Fawn and her family were awesome hosts and very professional. We will come back again :)

Staying on Fawn's land was like getting an earth hug. It was exceptionally beautiful and all of the details were perfect! Her sons (the cutest firewood delivery service in the world) will deliver firewood bundles to your site and are excellent hosts, as is Fawn. When you first arrive, you may feel a little uncertain as from the road the sites look a little exposed, but once you are tucked up in the soft beach grass gazing out on the peaceful lake with your fire pit dancing away in front of you, you will feel renewed and totally at peace yourself. I really can't express how lovely this place is. It's unforgettable! Thank you, Fawn and family!

Very nice and beautiful place. Campsites are close and seems to be first come first serve?
Ended up at a different location than the one I booked in the site.

Awesome campsite with great views of, and access to, the lake. A well kept place with fire pits, benches and chairs, all of the sites offer plenty of privacy.
