#2 Open space camping. Grass field

It was a fantastic stay. We checked in very late. John was very accommodating, and the communication was pleasant and accurate. We family friends and kids had a very relaxing time. We booked two sites. The kitchen facility was an added bonus to the camping experience.

Very peaceful location. Campsites are reasonably spread apart. Nice cook/cleaning shack and was able to refill my campervan water. Duck eggs were a bonus. And John was very welcoming and helpful. Note: Location is not visible from the street and you must drive past another property before arriving at the location.

Quiet space and super-friendly hosts. Kitchen shed is nice to have (especially when it rains) and the toilet was clean. This is a nice spot and I'm happy we stayed there!

Host was incredible at making everything comfortable. Sites are accurately described. Sites are mostly out in the open with trees behind. You can drive to the site. No picnic tables at the site, but there are chairs around the campfire and a table with chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen was nice to have which and included propane, a 3 burner stove. and a sink with cold water only. There was a fire pit right outside the kitchen for the entire campground for a community event of sorts. Porta john was well maintained.

My stay at Field with Good exceeded my expectations. John and I had a meet and greet. I was having an issue with my trailer hitch not properly disengaging and John immediately solved the problem. I’m a solo traveler and truly appreciate his help.
The property is well maintained. Trees surround the property giving you privacy and shade in the afternoon.
Another special feature at Field with Good is that you have a nice distance from other campers. So different from RV Parks or campsites where you may 10-20 feet away from your neighbors.
About 2miles away there is a gas station and General Store. The store has a nice selection of supplies that the neighbors and vacationers can pick from. A few feet from the store is a laundry mat. Another 1/2 mile away is a restaurant (blueberry cafe) that serves breakfast and lunch.
It was a pleasure to have stayed here for 5 nights. I’ll never forget John and you won’t either.

Very private setting. We are car campers and it was nice to have amenities like the kitchen, portable toilet and fire pit. We camped over the 4th and it was very relaxing,, better than a public campground. No noise or loud music that we commonly find in a public camp. On our second night, John had the fire pit all ready to go, such a nice treat to come back to after a long day of hiking. John is a great host and we loved hearing the rooster in the mornings. Definitely recommend.
