Had a great night of tent camping at Jim’s. He’s really friendly and hopeful. One of the most beautiful, peaceful, and private sights I’ve camped at, yet still had cell coverage. Close enough to downtown Spokane that I was still able to enjoy time in the city.
I got there wayyyyy late in the evening and Jim still met me at the beginning of his driveway, showed me around and let me use his bathroom and shower. The tree farm is gorgeous and I felt very safe as a single female traveler. Totally recommend.
Really liked Jim’s spot. It was a perfect location for spending the weekend at Green Bluff, so close to the places we wanted to go, and very convenient for us living in Spokane. It felt like we were far away, hearing coyotes in the night and no other tent spots around us. The value was great, especially given access to potable water, a flush toilet, and a shower. I loved that we were able to rent the propane fireplace during a fire ban. Would definitely stay here again.
Great site in the hills of Green Bluff! Jim is a super nice guy and provided all the acomodations I could ever need, not to mention the area is beautiful and within a 30 minute drive of both downtown and Mt. Spokane. Definitely would recommend!
Jim is a very nice guy with many interests. We camped in a grassy meadow with our RV with no other campers. There is some noise from a nearby road but this abates in the evening and we enjoyed a very quiet evening. Access is easy with plenty of room to turn around. You cant get a quiet private site for a price like this in any state park anymoe.
My fiance and I had a great time staying here! Extremely relaxing, beautiful views, even the cat came down to our site and hung out with us!
We loved the property and Jim made everything nice and easy. Would highly recommend giving it a shot!
I forgot to let Jim know my time of arrival but luckily he was available to greet me, show me around and point out the facilities. He was friendly and accommodating and let me know what to expect as far as wildlife. I had the place to myself for the night and it was nice and quiet. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend.

Jim is a wonderful, responsive and accommodating host who went above and beyond. Enjoyed the campsite. It's in a beautiful area with trees and plenty of privacy, yet close to Spokane. Had a great time, and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
