We have another campsite and tiny cabin in the area for Hipcampers. If those are booked, there may be other campers using the trail and parking area.

We have created an additional 1/3 mile nature trail loop for campers to explore our forest. Blackberry picking in season! Those interested in the farm itself can contact the hosts for additional info.

There is an old railroad grade walking/biking trail nearby that runs up and down the length of the Snoqualmie valley. The Snoqualmie river also offers boating, floating, and swimming opportunities. The town of Duvall is 5min away and has restaurants, shopping, and a micro brewery.

What a fantastic little piece of wilderness, within an hour of Seattle’s urban center.

My 16-year old and I we’re interested to taking our first attempt at hammock/fly cover, hike in camping, in preparation for a more adventurous trip planned this fall. We reached out to Phil through Hipcamp on Saturday morning, and by Saturday afternoon we were hanging out in hammocks in the “Owl Gratto”. Lots of really cool big old trees on the neatly kept trail that gets you to the camp sights. Saw some wildlife including a blue jay, wood pecker, fruit bat and a fair bit of banana sluggery. A chorus of coyotes gently bark/howled/sang us to sleep. Looks like Phil & family have a really neat farm next door that has a stand. I intend to explore on my next stay with Phil. *Note, if you book the Owl Gratto spot, pack light as it’s a nice little hike getting down there, and you gotta pack water but they have it well marked so you know right where you are going.

Instructions were very clear! Two sites to choose from - smaller one closer to the parking area and a larger one a little further away. We went with the larger one. It's a nice, short walk in with a good fire pit. Phil even left us a little pile of wood by the parking area!

Honestly one of the best camps we've stayed in. Easy to find, short walk to the campsites. We chose the first of two to set up the tent but enjoyed walking the nature trail. It feels much more secluded than it is. We woke up feeling refreshed and grounded. It rained a little bit and the smell of the forest was fresh and magical. Didn't get too wet because of the tree cover. Phillip was easy to reach, responded quickly, and communicative. Just what we needed! Wish we could have stayed longer. You'll love this campsite! Thank you.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet weekend away, and we got it here. The 1st campsite is about 100 feet from the parking area. It is very private and had space for our 12x10 tent, and out 10x10 canopy. The forest is a beautiful setting and you feel completely alone even though you are just outside the city. The host is friendly and responsive.

What a great spot! Had to fight my way through the grasses to get to the second camp spot, but it was totally worth it. One of the farm dogs was very aware of my presence (good on him for doing his job) but even so, the site felt very private! I wish I’d thought to bring my hammock, there’s a perfect spot not too far from the fire pit, and someone’s even left some straps up. Very easy to get to from town, I’m sure I’ll be back!

We absolutely loved this campsite. My husband and I had a great time. The location is great.

When you arrive to the campsite you can see their farm to the right and enjoy watching the animals. There’s an outhouse, trash can, and a very informative board about everything about the farm and campsite.

It’s a little walk to the campsite. We saw a couple of slugs. So, be very careful not to step on them. There’s a very nice fire pit and lots of trees. Made us feel like we were really in the forest. Also, there is a short little trail that walks you through the forest with signs to direct you right back to the campsite. No cons about the site. Just that I wish there was a deck for our tent because the ground was a muddy and mushy. But we’re in Washington it rains all the time and we’re camping we don’t need to be feeling like we’re at a hotel but it would of been nice to be a little off the ground.

The host is very nice. They sell fresh produce and bundles of firewood for $5. The owner brought over the wood in minutes after we contacted him that we wanted to buy some. We loved that! Just in case if you forgot something.

We would definitely come back.

We had a relaxing weekend in this beautiful campsite. Even with most of the leaves fallen, it was still fairly private from the tiny house rental on the property about 100 feet away (and we were lucky to have friendly neighbors!). The nature trail was fun to explore and the site was easy to find.
