The place has been farmland since about 1926. It became a family horse property with three pastures and now is a small lavender and blackberry farm. While it is limited to one RV site, there may be farm visitors walking arond the area. Tall cedars and fir remain in the back of the property and provide for a forest experience. It is not a commercial campground. We are now turning a small lavender farm. About half of th original pasture is now covered in black ground mat and 3,000 newly planted lavender. Car/ tent camping was absolutely amazing. The area is very peaceful and serene, you’re close enough to town if you need to run to the store for any forgotten items.

Relaxing • Quiet • Great Kayaking!
Beautiful shaded meadow with relaxing scent of lavender, friendly horses and very quiet. Host is committed to sustainability and has put a lot of love into working the land without chemicals (win!). The pasture where we camped is well maintained, has 2 picnic table/benches, water hose, electrical outlet (bring your electric tea kettle!). The porta-potty was an unexpected bonus. Donald was was very quick to respond to all communications, gave us a tour and even provided kayaks/life jackets/paddles. The kayaking was amazing, we saw seals! Donald is super friendly and even has some essentials stocked should you have forgotten sunscreen, etc. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this spot to other HipCampers!

Very pretty, and very private! A lovely green space for a quiet getaway. Didn't see another human the whole time.

Lovely pasture and fun kayaking
Wonderful, peaceful stay! Nice quiet pasture lined by lovely trees. Potable water and extension cord were a plus. To get to the (optional, fee) beach, it’s about a ten minute walk and then through host’s backyard. Using host’s kayaks was a blast. Bring water shoes, walking on barnacles is rough.

Best of the Northwest!
Great space for our family to relax. Kids loved picking berries and combing the beach at low tide. This was our favorite HipCamp experience of the summer!
