Friendly and kind owners who have created a great space for guests. The tiny house had air conditioning, a toilet and water. There was coffee available and an organic breakfast in the morning. I enjoyed hearing about their life travels and how their organic farm came to be. The peaches are delicious.
The Footehill Farm was a cute place to stay. Thom and his wife have worked hard to make it a comfortable stay. We were free to roam the area, check out the turkeys and chickens and were visited by the friendly dogs and cat.

Wonderful tiny home away from home!
I stayed solo for 2 nights at this cozy little house on Footehills Farm. The house exceeded my expectations as it was clean, comfy and well stocked. I was greeted by friendly dogs excited for my visit and then greeted warmly by Thom and Tori who made sure I had everything I needed and knew how to use their state of the art compost toilet and water pump. The location was amazing, in the rural landscape of Colbert, an oasis of country living just north of Spokane. The farm fresh eggs I had for breakfast were delicious and the chicken coup next to the house made no noise at all when I was there. I purchased some of their farm raised herbs before heading off and will tell friends of this wonderful lodging option and hope to return someday. The only disappointment was the fire pit I was hoping to sit next to, It was windy when I was there so I fully understand not being allowed to lite it, and with the looming dry fire season I would not count on having this option and would check with Thom first.
Cute, efficient, wonderful hosts
Staying in the tiny house on the Footehills farm was peaceful and comfortable. Thom and Tori were the most relaxed and easygoing hosts you could ask for. I was able to explore the property (accompanied by the dogs), spend time reading in the cute tiny house, and enjoy delicious meals. 10 outta 10 would recommend!
Outstanding farm stay
The stay at Footehills Farm exceeded our expectations. It is in a wonderful location, surrounded by woods, and staying amidst the organic farm was a delightful experience. Thom & Torie are super hospitable, well traveled and worldly. They went beyond their way to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable stay.
The tiny cabin is comfortable, and it had everything to make the rustic experience a memorable experience. Our 12-year old son loved it so much he wants to be back.
Thom and his wife Tori were the most gracious hosts! The whole time we spent sharing their space, from beginning to end was a wonderful, educational and delicious experience!! We got so many ideas from shared conversation regarding some of the practices used to make Foothills Farm a success. Also, the meals made from the farm and conversations around the dinner table were definite highlights of our trip! Our only wish is that we could have shared more time together! We highly recommend their delightful tiny home to anyone who is open and willing to learn something new and have a peaceful experience with nature.
