Learn more about this land: Get close to nature on a 40 acre farm homesteaded in 1929 by Pauline and Earnest Weatherby, who raised their 2 children and 40 foster kids. Located 6 miles from the Canadian border, Mt. Vedder horse trail is 3 miles away, Nooksack Falls and Mt. Baker are 22 miles, and Silver Lake Park with swimming, fishing and boating is 7 miles away. A Nucanoe and 2 electric bikes are available, see details. Dog supplies, eggs, homemade jellies/jams/dried fruit and seasonal produce available to purchase. There's a big dog park, large undulating meadows, and lots of woods and wildlife. Tent and RV camping. WiFi and water available at the dog park. Chickens and ducks, a vegetable garden, flower gardens, and fruit trees on site. We can provide insight into small sustainable farming, fruit processing, and seasonal canning. Beautiful land to camp on with clean toilet facilities. We loved chatting with Richard about things to do in the area, and even purchased some delicious jelly.

We loved car camping here! Rich is very responsive and the site is beautiful and expansive. The trees on the perimeter provided nice shade when it was warm and our dogs loved running around. The provided fire pits were easy to use and move as well. We look forward to coming back!

Unbeatable Night Sky

Richards land is absolutely perfect! Beautiful view of the night sky and so peaceful. Richard was more than gracious welcoming us, even though we booked at 1030 pm, as we needed a last minute place to stay. We will definitely be back! Beautiful!

Rich and Kathy were very gracious hosts! Their land is incredibly beautiful and we had a lovely stay, including our 9 lbs dog. I think she had the best time of all, running through the field. We will be back :)
