This property offers year-round maintained road access and has plenty of level open space. The land is in a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by an abundance of wildlife, and there are some excellent hunting and fishing spots in the area. The property is just down the street from the west fork of the Sanpoil River. The Aeneas Valley store is a short drive from the property where you can purchase some basic supplies.

Eden Ranch

Nice place of land to camp for the night. Sunset and weather was nice during our stay, but not sure if I would stay here again since theres no trees/shade, very dry, no actual camp sites (yet). Host was nice but her dogs came into our space a few times, even being camped pretty far away.

Amazing People and Beautiful Views

We had so much fun at Eden Ranch! It definitely is an experience you won't forget. We had the privilege of being Nancy's first guests, and they checked in with us often to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! We were able to find water to spend time in about 40 minutes away at Bonaparte Lake! The hosts are amazing people. Nancy even made us dinner on our first night! You will camp in a beautiful open field with beautiful sunsets and great views of the stars. Just remember, it will be COLD at night, there is no cell service (but the hosts gave us wifi!) and you definitely need bug spray. Thank you SO MUCH for the beautiful setting and hospitality!
