Absolutely great space! Beautiful view and amenities. I would recommend for a getaway :)
Dale is the gold standard for what the perfect host has to offer and his property easily matches that criterion. We stayed 4 nights and would like to have extended but was not available. We hope to return. If you are a birder: great blue herons, pelicans, osprey, kildeer, ducks. Tons of international cargo ships roll by as well. Ten out of ten. (I heard from the husband that the portapottie was very clean.)
Thanks again Dale.

Dale is a very nice and helpful host. We had a very nice time staying at his property.
Great place to tent camp. We loved having the place to ourself, flat spots to put a tent, a pristine ports pottie, and super nice host. Highly recommend this location!

The view was fantastic, and close to the pdx area. I texted Dale to see if we could park on the grass next to the trees, off of the pad. He called back within minutes and said of course!
I highly recommend Dale and his spot.
Beautiful river view. Dale was a very kind host.
Dale’s place is as advertised, but I do have mixed feelings about my stay. Dale was very communicative and answered all my questions. The site was right there on the water, clean and plenty of options to pitch my tent. The landscape was gorgeous! What I didn’t expect was to be right next to the neighbors. No one bothered me but I didn’t have the space or privacy I’d hoped for. I have an elderly dog that can be reactive to people, and does not like other dogs. He definitely got stressed with kids on the beach with us and the people’s dog who pulled up in the yard next door. If your dog of normal this is a great place, but if you don’t want anyone near you this might not be the best spot.
