Come enjoy our little 15 acre farm! We have two tent camping spaces, for now, but have some fun plans in the works next! They are both large, open, surrounded by trees, and would fit a group nicely. We have two port-a-johns on site and hand washing stations, with extra water jugs, and more upon request. The sites have fire pits. We gave firewood for sale, and you are welcome to gather fallen sticks for burning.

We have a large pond with frogs (they will croak well into the night), open fields, and a big circular drive that allows for both spots to feel private. Site 1 is more private, but is closer to the road. Site 2 overlooks the pond and is backed by the rest of our private 15 acres of trails and forest. It is also closer to our RV site if you want to book both for a larger party. Seasonally dependent, smaller RVs can be parked in the grass at each of these tent sites, if weather is dry enough to permit, but will have to go down a small hill.

We are walking distance to Snee-Oosh Beach that has a public boat launch and beach area, with no life guards on duty. So come with PFDs and water toys to explore the islands and the Salish Sea, or just enjoy beach combing and a picnic by the water. It’s also a 3 minute drive from the amazing walk/hike at Kukutali Preserve that is its own private island! Heads up-- because it's a preserve, no dogs allowed.  See-Oosh beach, however, is dog friendly.

In the Summer, most Saturdays we open our small farm stand out on the road from 11-1. So come purchase eggs and fresh produce!

At Crystal Springs, you can enjoy seclusion and being in nature, or drive 10 minutes into downtown La Conner for local shops and restaurants. It’s the best of both worlds!

**Please note there are currently property improvements going on, so don't mind the mess.  Our campground is set up for small groups. For larger parties please contact us ahead of time.

We had a great time on April's land! The birds sang us awake and the frogs sang us to sleep. Our kids had endless things to do and the adults all relaxed around the fire. The campsite is a short walk to the beach and short drive to the beautiful Kukutali Preserve and we spent a great afternoon at the beach there looking at crabs and making sand castles.

We had a fantastic time camping on April’s land. The space was exactly what we were looking for. The space was peaceful and well appointed, close to the beach, and superbly hosted. Would absolutely recommend! 10/10.

We loved our campsite it was very peaceful and beautiful. Our kids had a blast running around and playing on the trampoline. April and her husband were very hospitable. She even brought us a hammock to relax. My family will definitely be back.

Our family had a great time at Crystal Springs Farm! We were camping in the field next to the frog pond. There was a large grassy area for our tents, small camper van and canopies (rainy weekend!). April was a great host and all of the details were spot on. Clean port-a-potties? Check. Ribbiting frogs? Check. We thoroughly enjoyed all the space for games of bocce ball and for the kids to run around. The campsite is also in close proximity to fantastic parks including the new Kukutali Preserve State Park, and Deception Pass.

We loved camping at Crystal Springs! April and Tracey are creating a beautiful place with multiple trailers, tent sites, etc where campers can gather, relax and listen to the frogs. They went above and beyond. Our friends' air mattress bit the dust the first night and they loaned them a comfy foam mattress. We're early in the PNW camping season and the meadow was pretty wet. April anticipated that and texted me a few days ahead to let me know she as moving us to higher ground- complete with a table, chairs and gigantic fire pit. It was perfect. They've thought about the details- there's a convenient and clean port a potty, hand washing station and firewood available. Plus, its a 5 minite walk to the beach :) April & Tracey were respinsive and super easy to communicate with. They have plans to configure two shipping containers into cabins, are working on an art boat structure, updating an airstream and are friendly, creative, ambitious and delightful. We're coming back for those shipping containers!

We had a wonderful time camping at April’s campsite! We were next to the pond- frogs did indeed croak and ribbit well into the night. There was abundant grass for our extended family of 12 with 6 kids to roam and play Bocce ball without disturbing or really seeing the other folks on the property (in small airstream campers). Fantastic location nearby the public beach (short walk), Kukutali Preserve (a real gem), and close enough to Deception Pass State Park for a day trip. April was fantastic and kept the handwashing station stocked. As others have mentioned- top notch honey buckets. There are some bugs (it’s a forested wetland), but really not bad end of May. Great get-away camping with fantastic beaches and parks to explore and a kind host!
