Fred is a kind and thoughtful host. The cabin was cute and tiny, just as described. My kids were bummed that there was no cell reception, but I wasn't, and there IS an emergency phone on site to alleviate worries. The kiddos were able to wind down to a movie on the DVD player and appreciated that there was a heater. Fred took the time to make us coffee in the morning. It was a great experience and I would absolutely stay at Fred's cabin again.
Fred might be the friendliest guy I've met! I really enjoyed my stay at CCC II.
It may not be the lap of luxury, but all the basic things you'd need will be there. The camp is nestled in beautiful surroundings that you reach from a beautiful drive.
