Pitch tents far and near, park RVs, unhitch trailers, and camp, feast and relax in privacy knowing you won't have to compete for adjoining sites or tables, and you can make as much noise as you want, as late as you want! Pets are welcome, please adhere to our strict organic farming regulations.

Our biodynamic, organic farm boasts a 16x20 glamping tent, a full-size 18-ft tipi, a mini cabin and sauna setup, multiple picnic tables and fire pits, and nobody within earshot. This is the perfect location for your wedding, retreat, reunion or celebration.

No noise restrictions!

Our goal is to make you feel at home, at peace and at ease. Really, our only request is to leave it as you found it - basically don't cut down trees, dig a trench or interfere with livestock; other than that, as far as we are concerned, you can craft your event to your own liking.

Group Size

We have accommodated groups of over 50 adults that never even utilized all the camping spaces we had available to them. We are open to discussing and working with groups of just about any size. Children under 4 are not included in the headcount.

Parking

We can help you with parking, and have room for twenty or more cars easily. We have yet to see how any we can really fit since we have never reached capacity! Carpooling is recommended for larger groups.

Tent Sites

There are four potable water spigots available to campers throughout the property, and meadow/sites for several dozen tents. There are also several flat areas appropriate for parking RVs/vans.

Porta-Potties

You will be responsible for booking your own porta-potty service, and we are happy to share preferred vendors with you who are local and have serviced the farm many times. We can help coordinate drop-off and pick-up if you like.

NOTE: To see additional pictures campers have taken, please see all our other listings. You will have full access to every location offered in all of those images.

Terrain

Our farm is situated on the side of a foothill, with an uphill half and a downhill half. The hill to hike up to the sauna is a definite workout!

Camp Sites

Spacious meadows and camp sites can accommodate an insane amount of campers! If you check out our campground listing, you will see a variety of campsites available in the photos - every one of those locations will be available to you!

Mobility

If you are nutritious movement enthusiasts or fans of Katy Bowman's incredible research into mechanical body kinesiology, you will be thrilled with the various terrains the lush PNW forest offers. Graveled, off road, variously sloped and neutral semi-groomed trails are all available just out of the front gate.

Toilets/Showers

There is one flush toilet and a hot/cold shower for campers on the property, housed in the sauna cabin. Showers are limited to 5 minutes. For groups over 15 we recommend booking additional porta-potties. There are several service companies in the area who offer great service.

Sauna

You will have the entire run of the sauna cabin, which includes electrical outlets. Campers are not permitted to start the sauna fire but we will be on hand to get it going for you; campers are welcome to use the stocked firewood to keep it running as long as is desired. The sauna can comfortably seat 6+ adults, and there is a toilet, shower, sink, couch, and mini-fridge in the building.

NOTE: The sauna and glamping tent are not easily accessible by our valued ADA guests.

Electricity

Our property is run entirely on solar power, with the occasional supplementation of a propane generator. There are two outlets on the lower half of the farm available for campers to plug in phones or charging packs, but there is currently no RV hook-up availability, due to power limitations. The sauna building also has power and can be used as a charging station for phones and devices.

Glamping Tent

A beautiful year-round 16x24 wall tent is available for you and your guests! Included is a king-size four-poster bed, a dresser stocked with kitchen tools, wood stove, coffee kettle and coffee mugs. There is also a full-size futon bed, and room for several cots or air mattresses to sleep additional family members. The glamping tent is currently NOT accessible by car and requires a steep uphill walk. There is plenty of room around the tent to pitch additional tents, as well as hang hammocks in trees. NOTE: The glamping tent is not easily accessible by our valued ADA guests.

Tipi

A large 18-ft diameter unfurnished canvas tipi is seasonally established (typically May - October) and available for your use. It is comfortable even on hot days as the creative engineering creates and updraft that draws all warm air out the top and keeps the tipi space cool. It is also comfortable during rain or snow - the rain flaps can be closed or adjusted. Bring sleeping mats or cots and enjoy an amazing experience inside!

Firewood

We have provided firewood on site. Campers will be responsible for splitting kindling if necessary; please bring your own hatchets/axes.

Trash

We can haul bagged trash; if you bag trash and leave it collected together, we are happy to dispose of it for you. We have a compost heap if you have collected compostable materials as well.

Pets

If you are bringing pets, please add on the Pets Extra so we know you and your guests are aware of the rules regarding visiting furry friends. Please ensure all guests are aware of our firm and immovable rules, which are guided by APA regulations.

Animals

We have both fenced and free-range livestock on the property (chickens, turkeys, guinea fowl and ducks, as well as livestock guardian dogs and barn cats).

Noise

Our livestock guardian dogs will patrol and bark throughout the night. This is them doing their job, warning away predators from the property. Part of our environmental conscious approach to farming includes not having to kill predators, and barking is an excellent safeguard. Barking is a huge blessing living in the forested countryside, not an inconvenience the way it can be in the city. Our dogs offer protection and safety. They are extremely friendly and MAY BE extremely nosy (it's their job). Our farm is also home to a revolving flock of birds, INCLUDING roosters. These roosters will naturally begin to crow just before sunrise - if guests are sensitive to this noise, earplugs may be recommended.

Wildlife

Please keep food in sealed containers and coolers for your own safety. Bobcats, bear, deer, coyotes and mountain lions are known to frequent the area.

Explore

This area is a forest-bathing, nutritious-movement mecca. World class running, mountain biking, walking and photography trails are all just steps outside the door. Spend time nourishing your spirit in the forest and get your feet on the earth! Soak in the fresh mountain air, listen to the birdsong in the woods. Sit in the sauna and then walk outside into the cool air, and in season take advantage of the many small creeks running through the forest to wade or even ice-bathe or skinny-dip after a long run.

Delivery

With enough lead time, Whole Foods will deliver to the farm! Check the Bellingham Whole Foods and place the order several days in advance.

Our passion is to share this little piece of earth with you for as long as we are blessed to steward it. We want you to have an enjoyable, relaxing time, and it is our desire to permit as much as possible. No neighbors can hear your music and we are not bothered no matter how loud or late you play; there is room for large bonfires and group tents, group cooking or even farm tours if desired, as well as custom tours just for the children and experiences gathering eggs or feeding birds. There are hundreds of miles of trails including an access point to the Pacific Northwest Trail, which runs all the way to Glacier National Park in Montana - the possibilities are endless and we will help you to realize as many as possible!

The setting is beautiful and was perfect for our large company group to visit, eat and play games. No one used the sauna on this trip unfortunately but I wish I would have!

Seeing all the animals was fun for everyone (and the fresh eggs delicious) and the guardian dogs were sweet as can be. The animals were a bit noisy at night but hey, it's a farm! Andrea was always available and responsive if needed.

We enjoyed our time there and I'd love to return. Next time I'll take a sauna for sure!

We LOVED everything about Andrea's property. She was super accommodating from the start. Allowed us to come to the site twice previous to our event to explore and determine logistics for 50 campers. Our stay was 4 days/3 nights and my husband :-) and I were married by the water surrounded by our friends. She even allowed us to store our cake in their carport fridge so it didn't melt before we were ready for it. Our friends were pleased to be out of the house camping for the first time in a long time. We are still living in a world full of COVID, but there was plenty of outdoor space for everyone to mingle and yet stay far enough apart around campfires to fee safe. Not a single positive test post-event! Thank you so much to Andrea, Gary, kids and turkeys/chickens/guinea fowl for a fun filled weekend!

This is an amazing place to camp and relax. We recently booked their entire space for a 36 adult, 11 children family gathering. Andrea was super helpful in getting us prepared by giving advice on where to set up the camp kitchen and what the site looked like (zoom call) so we could figure out space in advance. When we arrived she met us to help show us the area. As we settled in she gave the kids a tour of the chickens, roosters, ducks, and turkeys.
The space has plenty of variety - large wide open field and tree covered areas to tuck tents into. The sauna was amazing to use at night when it got chilly. The glamping tent was a great add but we did not use it much.
Again, this is a wonderful space and the family would love to camp there again next year.
