Adventure sought and found
Camping with small children was an easily adjusted experience, we roughed it, but we could shower, use the rec room, microwave, sink, and clean bathroom as needed. Space was wide open and safe, we could hear the waves at night, Hosts were nice and available. It was perfect for my littles first and the beach was just a walk down the trail through the swishy sea grass, beautiful sunset.
Good stay. convenient to long beac
Check in was very pleasant. Everything was ready for them to hand us and direct us to our space. The park was clean and maintained. Showers were free, which was nice. The walk to the beach was short through ocean grasses and trees. The only suggestion I would make is that there be some sort of lines placed to mark each site. We were the for 4 nights. The site to the east of us changed each day and our space became smaller and smaller. The last night we barely had enough space for our chairs and put truck. Spaces are very tight.
Clean and close to the beach
If you’re looking for a quiet place with a short walk to the beach, this is it. JR and Slyvana were super accommodating to our needs for our van. They have clean bathrooms and a clean park. I would recommend this campground to my friends.
Sylvana and her husband both were very hospitable! We really enjoyed the grounds — it was clean and quiet. Being just a short walk to the beach is definitely a plus! Nobody was ever on the beach practically every time we went, which was so peaceful. The showers at this campground were some of the nicest we’ve seen at RV parks and campgrounds, with plenty of hot water. The only downside to Cedar to Surf were the trailer spots were really tight. Other than that, we really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to the area!
