50 acre natural forest land, top of the property has Territorial Views of Cowlitz River, Mt. Rainer, Surrounding Forests and Skyline for Miles on clear days. Half the property in ridges and elevation change as you reach the valley floor, other half of the property is flat with different wetland areas that are feed by 6 natural springs that come out of the ridges. The forest is biodiverse and has lots of native tress, flowers, and berries curtain times of the year. Lots of neat places to explore and quite places to relax and listen to the running water. There is also fun outdoor games setup to play Game of Throws for some friendly competition. There are a few areas prepared where the ground is clear for camping already, and many other places you could setup a tent and feel remote. Even though Eadon Forest is a peaceful and private place to camp, it is only 7 mins from downtown Toledo where there is resturants, grocery, gas, tools, and only 15 mins from Interstate5. And Eadon forest is less than an hour from Johnston Ridge Observatory on Mt St. Helens, 1 1/2 hours for PDX and 1 3/4 hours from SEA.
