Park your camping trailer or RV, water, electricity both 110 and 30 amp service, sewer (septic hook up) are ready for you. Once your set up, start exploring. The beach, Blizard Trail, ride your bike, bring your kayak or just sit back and take in views all the way to Canada. Lummi Island does have a grocery store, near the ferry landing, but, best to stock your meals from home as the store has limited supplies. There are two restaurants, the Beach Store Cafe, moderate priced, and the Willows Inn, advance reservations are a must and it is expensive. The best part of Lummi Island is the tranquility, kick back and enjoy fresh air, beach walks, outstanding sunsets and quiet nights. Pets OK, please pick up after pet and have a leash.

An amazing island retreat!
The Pumpkin Patch exceeded all expectations! So cool to have our own private campsite on Lummi Island with full hook-ups. And the topper was a private beach on the bay! It was nice meeting our host as well and we can’t wait to return. Thank you!
Perfect rv island get-away
Staying at the Pumpkin Patch on Lummi Island was a real treat. Robert (Bob) was a clear communicator and always replied to my inquiries very quickly. We texted him from the ferry and he met us as we approached the property so he could help back our camper into it's spot. The site was clean, well equipped with full RV hook ups, a picnic table, garbage receptacle, extra septic hose, and even four Adirondack chairs set up to take in the stellar view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The location was perfect: set in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the ferry landing with easy access to hiking trails and only about a minute's walk to a private beach! Couldn't have been better. I'll be going back next year for sure. Elaine Elkins
Thanks, we loved it!
We had a fabulous visit at the Pumpkin Patch! Really enjoyed having a comfortable space for our two young kids to run around and it was an easy, quick walk down to the private beach. Will definitely look to book again!
1 awesome day out of 3 made it !!
Site was at a great location on the island in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood not a lot of privacy but natives are friendly and don’t bite. Robert our host was very nice and helpful upon arrival and left it up to us on how we wanted to get set up then left us to enjoy.. Thanks Robert!! Site isn’t very flat so come with some options to level up, and wind can be an issue as it’s a very open area. There was a burn ban on island so no fires but we’re not big fire people anyway. Beach is a few hundred yards from site and just wonderful. We spent the second day just hanging out there and at the end witnessed an outstanding long sunset. Island is great for hiking and biking, kayaking so bring your own toys as there are no rentals on the island.. Make sure you do some research before you come because there are some options for whale watching/fishing tours that you can arrange to have pick you up right on the beach by the Willows inn which is right down the street. Our second day the wind laid down and it was just perfect had a nice morning walk on beach, a bike ride around island, and spent rest of day on the beach, then made a great dinner under a spectacular sunset. Last day wind blew again and made it a little less enjoyable but still ok. All in all we would come here again if we had the chance.
A very special spot!
We loved it! Featured this special spot in our RV travel column: https://www.spokesman.com/blogs/going-mobile/2021/jul/30/lummi-island-lets-you-easily-forget-your-day-day-cares/
A taste of paradise
Very quiet with wonderful views of the US and Canadian San Juan Islands. Spacious site with very tidy full RV HOOK UP. You could just tent or car camp and feel right at home. On a rural island housing development lot but it feels very private. We rolled in with a 24 ft trailer and truck . Wouldn’t recommend much larger of an RV only because the island ferry is quite small and maneuvering into the sight might get tricky. 1 minute walk to a private beach! We’ll definitely be back .
