Our property is a well maintained 5 acres with lots of room to roam. Salmon Creek runs along one side of the property (and is accessible by walking down a short trail.) Great spot for fishing (although close to the bridge of the main road.)The camp site is around 1/4 acre, with space for a few vehicles (RVs, trailers, etc), lots of tent spots on grass (under trees), and a portable fireplace and table to accommodate whatever kind of group you have. The site has it's own new and beautiful outhouse. The other side of the property is a very old cemetery, and a great place for exercising and walking dogs. No other neighbors around. Feels secluded, and yet minutes from I-5 and I-205, and 5 min from Costco. Depending on where you decide to set up camp, our house may be visible. We only allow one camping group at a time in order to provide more privacy for our guests, and plenty of room for kids to run around on trails, play games in the field, or whatever. Please, no more than 2 dogs. We do have a Hipcamp barn structure on the other side of the property that may be occupied. Convenient place to stop on your way to National Parks, Mt St Helens, or any number of amazing places in western Washington and Oregon. Don't forget to add firewood! Our kids would love to get a big wagon full ready for you for only $5. You can also buy it anytime during your visit.

Highly recommended. This campsite is just a few minutes' drive from the freeway but is far enough away to be nice and quiet (unlike Paradise Point and some other locations). We camped in our van in the nice flat parking spot between the trees. There is also space where you can put a tent or tents right at the forest edge. I liked the table, the canopy, the water available right at the site. The composting toilet was a big improvement over plastic port-a-johns. We would definitely come back.

Absolutely perfect spot. Could not have asked for a more perfect place to park our RV and have a safe spot for our kids run around and burn some energy. Beautiful trees, picnic spot and lovely beautifully maintained property. Absolutely Outstanding hosts. Sue was generous, accommodating, friendly and easy going. Made us feel at home, while also completely giving us privacy, We needed to get to Portland airport the next morning and being in this location, it was so easy and smooth. Would love to stay again.

Sue has everything you need for an overnight getaway. We were grateful for the outhouse, picnic table, and water when we arrived. Not a bad spot so close to town!

Such a spacious, well-planned campsite on this property! The outhouse was so clean! I loved having perfectly spaced trees to put up my hammock. Location is also super convenient. Sue and her family were so kind and welcoming; it was really a pleasure to meet everyone. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Their dog is also extremely cute and friendly. I hope to be back soon!

One of the best hip camps I’ve ever stayed at. Lots of room, a beautiful homemade bathroom, and a feeling of comfort and safety. Especially for a single woman, it’s perfect!

This space was great for a quick getaway outside the city. The spot is a beautiful space and very well maintained. I too could hear road noise during the day, but that was offset by lots of crickets at night. I found the site very spacious, and there were many spots for tents, and few large gathering spaces. The woods and creek area are right at the site, and there was lots of shade and greenery. I really enjoyed walking through the adjacent cemetery, which is large and very old. A very nice site!
