Nice and secluded with a lovely waterfall! Very cool surrounding area. Definitely watch out for rain
Very peaceful and private for a quick one night stay.
Gives new meaning to farm to table
The farm is very pretty but be forewarned - the cows WILL come into your campsite. We had to rescue our dinner and our tents from being trampled when the two bulls decided to “play” (ie butt heads) right between our tents. They left when we scared them off by honking our car horns, but they were back again for breakfast. Again, they didn’t damage anything but we were very concerned they might. It was also difficult to cook without a picnic table or any stable flat surface to use for our food and utensils. The “toilet” was a folding toilet seat but the host did not provide any compost toilet bags so we were forced to make do. I think it could be lovely with a few upgrades.
Real Hipcamp spirit at Sagi’s camp.
Remote, quiet and clean.
The setting is super sweet, and quiet. Got to see one of the most majestic sunsets over the meadow, and ya can’t beat the splendid sounds of birch leaves, and waterfalls! I felt so grounded and settled there I slept for a solid 12hrs :)

This campsite was perfect, the privacy level was nice and the campsite itself was beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and i will definitely be returning
Spot was amazing and the host and his family were also awesome. Had some great food and an even greater couple nights under the stars, definitely will be staying here again
My family had mixed feelings about this camp site.
Communication, directions, and signage were great. We had no issues finding the spot. The area is lovely with a nice mix of forest and clearings. And there was ample space to setup a large 8 person tent.
We saw sheep, cows, chickens, and dogs during our visit, much to our children’s delight. Their dogs were friendly and did a great job keeping the cows out of our camp site.
If you are into wild berry picking, there is plenty of spots around the campsite.
The area by the waterfall is heavily forested and has a significant slope, to the point we’re I’m not sure how someone would camp down there. The water level of the waterfall was low and the ponds seemed rather stagnant. It’s a great place for kids to explore and escape the heat of the day. They spent hours down there making fairy houses by the waterfall. But any hopes of them playing/splashing in a creek were crossed off.
The main camp site was suitable. It had a camp fire ring. A toilet seat and a privacy canopy were included, but haphazardly strewn across the camp site. There were a couple of recently cleared areas that might accommodate larger groups, but those areas are still thick with berry stalks and not yet conducive to camping.
The area felt safe. It was quiet. And it was a great launch point for exploring the south side of the Olympic National Forest.
The price felt a bit high for what you get.

thank you for the review there are few areas that we have set up there for camping depending on preferences . does the add mentions it's a seasonal creek and on a hard to dry summer such as this and the very end of summer the water runs down to a trickle Glad the kids enjoyed
This was a great chance to stay on private land that is being lovingly maintained and shaped into a kind of farm/wild camp. Wonderful farm with kind and hospitable hosts. I was greeted by the sweetest and hugest dogs I've ever met, the livestock guardian dogs who care for the herds. Animals are happy, healthy, and well cared for. I bought some excellent ground beef grown right there on the farm. There are several camping stations. The hosts graciously allowed me to take the river camp since it was unbooked my first night and it was my favorite of the two sites I stayed at. The unpaved road down to the waterfall and river camp is small and crude, won't work for big or fragile rigs. My micro-mini motorhome barely made it. There are elk prints at the river and so many birds. The river flows slow at the river camp and it is safe for swimming. This is a site where a person or small group could happily spend a few days relaxing by the water.
My second and third night were at the waterfall camp, which is a work in progress. I was told that the waterfall flows strongly at the beginning of the season but not as much in the middle of summer. The waterfall site is home to frogs who sang me to sleep each night. I arrived at the height of berry season - the woods are ripe with salmonberry, native blackberry, and red elderberry. Both the river camp and the waterfall camp are private - once at my campsite I was left alone, but I found it pleasant to chat with the hosts as I passed by the farmhouse on my way to and from exploring the coast, a 30-45 minute drive away.
All campsites have a crude bathroom setup available - a shovel, shelter, and folding toilet seat. (Don't be that jerk who leaves piles of toilet paper disintegrating in the woods!) Water is available via spigot at the farmhouse, so bring containers and a filter or bring your water from home. The hosts said they have ATT Wireless signal throughout the land, but my Verizon only worked at the farm entrance and I only had 2 bars. All in all, a pleasant experience and I was happy to avoid the crowded campgrounds, help support a small local organic farm, and get to have a unique camping experience.
