The Detailsā¦
Campsite: Ā This site is mostly flat (leveling required)Ā and consists of a crushed rock pad surrounded by lots of room to drive in, back in, turn around, and bring your toys. Ā ItĀ allows for electrical, public water, and sewage hookups. Ā There is also grass and cedar chips in/near the site. Ā Your RV door will face northwest featuring views ofĀ the bay, the islands,Ā and our alpacas. Ā Our residence is further up the drive providing you with additional privacy. Ā You will have a large campsite area and an expansiveĀ west-facing field to spread out. Ā The outside kitchen area is yours to use as well with rental of the bbq and patio heater covering propane use.
Fire pit: Ā Centrally locatedĀ and just inĀ front of the outside kitchen. Ā There is a picnic table, a removable grill for cooking,Ā some firewood for your use (more available for purchase if needed) and 4 chairs. Ā If there is a burning ban during your stay (or if you prefer this over wood), we do offer a propane fire pit as an āExtraā, which is included with the bbq/patio heater rental. Ā š„ *All fire pit fires must be kept BELOW the top of the enclosure. Ā ALWAYS have the garden hose charged while enjoying your fire. Ā Someone 16 years old or older must always be present to monitor and/or extinguish your fire.Ā
Outside Kitchen: Ā Featuring aĀ Weber bbq with a side burner (an oldie but goodie available as an āExtraā); small refrigerator; hot plate; stainless steel table for cooking/serving;Ā 2 tables for dining (both make a great desk); a patio heater (available as an āExtraā); a water hydrant. Ā NO sink and please bring your own utensils and cookware.

Ā Depending on how you would like to park and the size of your RV, using these hookupsĀ may partially block your view from the outside kitchen. Ā It is still worth it though, in our opinion, to be able to travel with your family and friends! Ā :-)

We loved everything about our two night stay!!
The hosts put so much care into creating this space. The amenitiesāhookups, outdoor kitchen, furniture, fire pit, Wi-Fi, landscaping, etcāweāre all top notch.
It was super easy to park and level our large travel trailer.
The huge lawn stretches out to a gorgeous view of the water. The sunsets were especially magical.
The hosts were exceptionalāresponsive and thorough communications, friendly and an all around joy to talk to.
This was our first Hipcamp experience; we found out how amazing it is to be in a private location with no other campers around. So peaceful!
Last but certainly not least, the alpaca girls were an absolute highlight of our road trip. They were so stinking cute!!!
Highly recommend!
The land and views are beautiful! Alyssa and Chris were very welcoming. The first day they welcomed us but gave us time to settle in. The second day, we wanted to pet the Alpacas so they came down from their house (which could barely be seen through the trees) and told us all about the Alpacas and other stories while we pet them! Thereās also a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen!

Thank you so much, Kris! It was great to meet you all!
So incredible. If you love nature, not being in a crowded campground, beautiful settingā¦. This is your place! Eagles, alpacas, deer⦠All close by as well as an amazing view. Wonderful kitchen. GREAT internet (not like at an Rv park where they say they have internet and you barely can check your email). If you have the chance⦠stay at this amazing place :)

Thank you so much! It was great to meet you both. Looking forward to seeing you again! :-)
Wow, what and amazing view, and the alpacas were outstanding; such curious, sweet animals. The owners were so kind and generous with their time teaching us about the alpacas. I will definitely be booking time there again. Great WiFi too with full RV hookups!

Thank you, Seth! It was great to meet your lovely family and we hope to see you again!
The location was fantastic, very private, our host Alyssa was excellent, made arrangements and the stay very very nice. the outdoor kitchen area and the views were first rate. I would highly reccomend.

Thank you for the kind words, Michael! It was a pleasure to meet your lovely family!
We absolutely loved our stay at Bayview Alpacas. Alyssa and Chris both greeted us upon arrival and were both very welcoming and sweet. Very communicative throughout our stay. My 11 month old daughter loved watching the alpacas every day and was happy to be able to pet them as well :) Hanging out in the outdoor kitchen was great. We enjoyed our morning coffee with the beautiful view of the bay and all the birds chirping in the background. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again soon.

Thank you so much! We loved meeting you all and hope we have the chance to host you again!
What a beautiful experience! Great hosts, beautiful nature. The kids asked me to give you 10 stars over a scale of 5. Thanks for everything

Wow, what an incredible review and generous compliment! š We loved meeting you all and would welcome you back anytime! š¤©
The site is amazing! Great views, huge private space, awesome kitchen amenities (Games and binoculars included), an amazing fire pit with a grill over it, wildlife all around, close to LaConner for a nice dinner if you don't feel like cooking. It's an amazing oasis. Alyssa and Chris are super nice and super respectful of your space. We're definitely going back.

Thank you so much! We loved meeting you both and hope to see you again soon!
Favorite camping spot, period. I've been camping for over 30 years and the spot, view, surroundings, all amazing!
