Wilderness Adventure at Eagle Landing is a gem! Setting is peaceful, fun, and we met such nice people. Food is really good and the setting for music is festive. We will be returning!
Very cool place to camp. Spacious site and a very cool lodge/outpost. Nice people too.
We spent 2 nights at Wilderness Adventure. We had 3 tents in The Cedars. There was plenty of room for us and it was nice having our own space. We had several meals the lodge. All of the food is great! We spent our time hiking, tubing and sitting in the creek. We also enjoyed the music on Saturday night. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. We will be back soon!
We got so lucky to find a last minute small group campsite available for the Memorial Day holiday weekend. And while we were excited to have a place to camp we had no idea the area would be as great as it it is. Clean bathrooms and showers available for those who need them, plenty of activities, and so much space to roam and hike. Plus within a 30 minute drive - you can hike some amazingly scenic trails on the Appalachian!
We will absolutely return and we may bring a larger group.
The live music on the weekend was an awesome addition!
Like everything about wilderness adventures, this campsite is awesome. Well situated not too far from the bathhouse, but far enough away from all of the action to give you a real sense of quiet.
